Since first registering with SG over 2 years ago have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and prompt response. Every request has been dealt with immediately and all the staff I have had contact with have all be very approachable and supportive. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the only umbrella I've used but having heard horror stories from friends with other umbrella companies, I'm not sure I'd go anywhere else. SG have been pretty much faultless for the 2 years I've been with them and I'd recommend them to anyone. Not only are their fees reasonable and they pay on time but queries are dealt with quickly, courteously and effectively. What's not to like.

Superb service. I use SG for my Ltd company. Having the umbrella service there for an IR35 contract was great and included as part of the Ltd accountancy. All paperwork/payslips are on time and easy to access, the user interface for recording timesheets is easy to use. Highly recommend them over any agency umbrella.

SG Umbrella is to me by far the best umbrella solution I have used. Their Customer Service is superb, payments are always made on time and a great portal allows you to access all your payroll artifacts at any time. SG have an all-around professional experience.

SG Umbrella have been very good for me - always paid on time, able to make pretax payments to my pension scheme with no fuss (and no extra charge!), and quick to respond helpfully with any queries I have. The fee seems v reasonable for what they do, Can't fault them - highly recommended
