Let's just say if I was rich I'd buy everything from here! super helpful and knowledgeable, the items I've bought have been packaged carefully, unfortunately for me I have to keep said items packaged forever(hopefully). Pre and post purchase contact is second to none, super helpful, and Jack doesn't make me feel like I'm asking waaay too many questions. Fully recommend

Initially my item was returned to sender. Royal mail telling me the address was incomplete. It turned out not to be the case at all but Royal mails fault. However, after contacting sgt pepper, they very swiftly sent a replacement. Very pleased with the product and service. Really proved themselves when there was an issue. Massive thanks.

A really easy transaction, managed to get a genuine Martindale Golok machete, every time I've looked there either out of stock or cheap copy's.
So I was over moon to find this one, and it was at a reasonable price rather than the over inflated price of other shop's.
It was delivered quickly and the government's age restrictions check was done on the door step by the Postman and caused no problems unlike my attempt to buy some chisels on Facebook but couldn't because they have to do a check online and you have to have a credit which I don't and couldn't complete the transaction. And I believe these postman would still have to do his checks.
Sgt Preppers seem a good company to deal with.

Bought a village parang! Dispatched quickly on free 48 hr Royal Mail, sadly Royal Mail didn’t perform that well, their issue!. Unboxed on arrival, parang and sheath were separate in box and as a result of delivery movement the blade tip had cut through its thick polythene wrapping and caused a 1cm cut into the leather sheath. Parang and sheath both look amazing, apart from issue above, that unfortunately lost a star.
