The item came in quickly and was beautiful! I will say it broke when I napped in it but the piece is pretty thin itself so I’m not surprised. It was beautiful for the event thought and didn’t fade!

Great Customer Service
I contacted the company about my snapped bracelet, and they took the time to email me and offer to exchange or refund my bracelet. They went above and beyond and were willing to send me another one and even threw in a gift for the inconvenience. Great Customer service highly recommend their products!

No allergies
I bought a ring and earrings for summer and they look so shiny and classy. I love how they shine under the sun and suit my skin color.
And I usually get allergies from low-quality earrings, but I haven't experienced any allergy with Shabella’s earrings, even when I wear them in the shower! I am so looking forward to the new collection🤍🤍🤍

Phenomenal customer service
I received a ring as a gift from Shabella which came with a small defect -- nothing big. I messaged the brand to let them know via social media and they were very attentive and even offered to send another replacement ring with a ring sizer! Before sending, they reconfirmed all my details and sent me another shipping link to track my package. Their attention to detail and amazing customer service has definitely gained my trust as a customer and I will be recommending this site to my friends.

I found Shabella from Instagram and I’m glad I did.
They have all these amazing pieces, for the most unique, high-quality jewelry.
I purchased a ring and earrings and recently went back for the bracelet.
I had to change my shipping details and Patrisha who is the owner of Shabella addressed and resolved the problem promptly.
My order arrived securely packaged and all pieces came with suede pouch, box and ring sizer.
People always ask me where I got my jewelry from a lot, I mean A LOT. All of my friends who got introduced to Shabella from me are happy for their pieces as well.
I will definitely come back for next purchase!

I bought a present for my girlfriend and she loved it.
Even though I ordered it from South Korea it only took few days. It usually takes weeks from US shipping, but Shabella had great delivery network somehow.
Last but not least, quality of their jewelry is awesome. Even as a man, I was astonished by the beauty.
