Wonderful company, products and employers
My experience with Shack from day 1 was exemplary.
Not only are their products of the highest quality their employers reflect the same high standards. f
Dwayne and Steph couldn't have been more helpful and patient and courteous.
The delivery was reliable and prompt and efficient.
One of my relatively large orders had to be returned due to unforeseen circumstances and Julia at Head office couldn't have been more understanding and obliging. The respect shown by the employers of Shack are a wonderful example of how companies should treat their customers.

Phoenix Coffee Table
Website good, service good, product in stock and delivered quickly. Delivery was the best I've experienced - the men were careful, pleasant and set my furniture in place. Even had felt pads in his pocket that he put on the feet of the coffee table so my timber floor wouldn't get scratched. Recommend.
