Nice people to deal with

I needed to get some cafe chairs from our dining suite repaired. Rob and the team at Banksmeadow were incredibly helpful and repaired for them while I waited. I really appreciated their friendly and helpful approach even making me a coffee! Great after sales service which is often hard to find!

Thank you for your service allowing customers to take home an item - chair in my case - to assist in assessing how it looks in our home - such a great idea.
Chairs look great.

I already own a piece of shack furniture which is a lovely golden color with a natural vibrancy like the ones in the online site so I was disappointed to receive 3 new pieces which were of a darker color and not like the one's in the photo's, the new pieces look more like something parker pump out, sad.

The customer service was great and the delivery people were so nice and put the bookcase together on site. Loving the bookcase - looks perfect

Have dealt with Shack on several occasions, always been spot on with service and delivery.
They have a Great range of quality products

I've already recommended to 3 friends.

Great service by staff in shop. Availability of item accurate and efficient delivery on time

Terrific service from the delivery men.

It was not easy getting the larger bookcase around the passage ways and through rooms but they handled this with great skill.

I recently visited your outlet store at port botany…Tina greeted us and left us to wander at our leisure with NO pestering…but she was very helpful when we needed her advice.
My purchases were delivered to my door without any problems or negativities….making the entire experience extremely easy…thank you Shack.

Your customer service, including delivery is great. The delivery guys are prompt, courteous and take away all packaging after delivery. Excellent! I always look for items of furniture that I would like to buy, from Shack first, and use other vendors only if not available at Shack!
