I was in Houston for work and looking for a really nice ring for my girlfriend,
Heard really good reviews about the store, on getting there it was just a business building in a average street no signs or anything? So I went in I was pleasantly surprised they helped me select a beautiful stone and I designed the ring to what I thought she would like.... I'm yet to propose although I'm sure she will love it! I was really impressed with the quality of the ring I would go back again for sure.

Danny and the team at Shaftel were top notch in their process of working with me to select the perfect diamond as well as a ring that exceeded my expectations. They worked hard to satisfy and patiently to ensure the diamond was perfectly set in a ring that it wasn't ideally matched to and it really did make the difference when the big day came to deliver it to my fiancée. I highly recommend Shaftel Diamond Company if you want great value as well as thoughtful and professional service.

Great Staff always helpful. Honest opinions given and expert craftsmanship. If they don't have something on display, they can make it for you in a timely manner. Top Quality too.

Shaftel was very warm and welcoming. They didn't try to push me into buying. Spent as much time as I liked looking at various pieces and let me take my time. Great place for jewelry.

I have nothing but good things to say about Shaftel Diamonds. I usually research everything and have a lot of questions and they answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about diamonds and how to get the best value for the money. They gave me a good deal on a nice stone and made my wife a completely custom engagement ring at a more than reasonable price. Danny listened to every detail we gave about the design made it into a piece that looked even better than we imagined. We really enjoyed working with them because their customer service is so good. We plan on using Shaftel for future jewelry purchases will be recommending them to family and friends.

I'm very happy with the purchase of my Engagement ring and the service that Shaftel was able to provide me. First off, I was a diamond novice and did not know where to begin. Danny took his time and was very patient with me throughout this whole process. He took his time on explaining and answering any questions I had, and trust me, I had plenty to ask. Danny was also able to accommodate last minute changes as per my specifications. He also went the extra mile on trying to find the 'perfect' diamond for me. I'm very appreciative of his efforts.

My fiance was very happy with the ring that I picked out (complete surprise) and we will definitely be coming back for future jewelry purchases.

I've bought several beautiful pieces here & after seeing another beautiful ring in your showcase, thought I'd bring in old gold & diamonds and have one made similar to it. Talk about STUNNING!
