Los acabo de recibir y no sujetan nada. Parece como si los hubiera comprado en los chinos. Nos lo pintan muy bien pero no levantan el pecho, no juntan el pecho, no realzan. Una decepción

Hice el pedido de dos sujetadores y me han llegado en una semana y son increíbles! Me encantan, tal como se indica en anuncios no marcan, no molestan, recogen todo muy bien sin dejar rollos, son super comodos
Sin duda volveré a comprar

Pésimo servicio al cliente. La web es muy cómoda para comprar, pero la devolución es muy compleja. Hay que escribirles a un correo electrónico, pero nadie contesta si lo han recibido o no. Sigo esperando a devolver mi pedido, la tienda no contesta mi mensaje, no tengo etiqueta de devolución y se supone que solo dispongo de 14 días para hacer la gestión.

Los sujetadores son preciosos, pero no sujetan nada. Son para personas con poco pecho. La tela es excesivamente elástica.

Cuando tienes que devolver por cambio de talla, no te contestan los e-mails de como proceder. No compro más

Los sujetadores no son de buena calidad y profundamente feos. Intentan no darte las instrucciones de devolución. Hy que insistir mucho para conseguirlas e incluso acudir a la ayuda de instituciones públicas. No vuelvo a comprar ni la pienso recomendar.

Son un porqueria y no me dicen como devolver.

Una decepción terrible. Claro que no molesta ni aprieta ni nada de nada....es que es como no llevar nada más que una tela encima de tu cuerpo que no transpira te hace sudar ....no sujeta los pechos en absoluto...bueno, igual a una niña de 20 años que no se le caen sí.
Un fraude total.

Yo no he llegado a comprar en la tienda porque de últimas encontré las opiniones de abajo que decían de no comprar porque no encontré las +1200 reseñas que se supone que tienen en esta web.

Lo que si que puedo decir que a la hora de preparar el carrito yo seleccioné la oferta de 3 sujetadores y porque les vino bien me añadieron 3 sujetadores de la talla S y 6 sujetadores de la talla que elegí, en total salían 9 sujetadores por un precio que obviamente no era. Ya entre las opiniones y que hicieran eso en el carrito me eché para atrás y no voy a comprar aquí

Appalling quality product not as advertised and when requesting a refund was told I had to bear the cost of a tracked return (which was more then the product cost) or alternatively could keep the poor quality and unusable product and they would process a 50% refund.

I have contacted Trading Standards and other consumer rights organisations.

Ordered 3 bras from these scammers and it says my order was delivered to an address in another state (LORENA, TX 76655
December 2, 2024, 11:54 am) I see this is a pattern, orders going to other states. These folks are thieves. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Do not order from these ppl! My order stated delivered but to a different address in a different state. They will not respond to emails and no phone number to call. I will be disputing the charges. Evil world

SCAM SCAM do not order from them they don't answer emails I never receive my order it was sent to the wrong address in a hole different state tried emailing them no response.

Cheap material that doesn’t really give you a snatched fit, at all. Leaving a review here since I couldn’t figure out how to do it on their cite 🤷🏻‍♀️

while this company is a total joke, we should hold countable to all those tiktokers influencers that allowed themselves to be part of this scam. they allowed companies like this to take advantage of hard working people but why wouldn't they when they are being paid for it. imagine if this company sells 100 thousand pieces at 34.00 that is almost 3.5 million yes million that is why they have more than enough money to pay influencers. INFLUENCERS should be accountable for be part of this scam specially when they know because they have to know.

In 42 emails deep for a hassle free return. Steph is being run by humans but she isn’t one person.

In my 42 emails, where I have gone as far as arranging legal action to get them to be accountable, I did get an address and phone number of a random place and an additional two pieces of shapewear sent by their scared team of pranksters. I told them so long as one of the several extras they just keep shipping instead of refunding me , are actually okay then I’d stop pursuing the refund.

My original shapewear came on time and was the right colour and size. They fit fine. Not like the tiktokers say it’s just a body suit and subjectively see through but It’s fine. Anyways the strap on the brown was sewn on wrong and when I asked to exchange they said it wasn’t defective and wouldn’t.
This started the 42 email hassle free return policy email train.

I now own 3 pieces of shape wear from them because they keep sending me replacements instead of talking to me. I’ve told them I won’t be shipping things back without a paid shipping label because I didn’t make the mistake. They offered me a 50% refund when I first threatened to take all this to a legal advisor but I told them I was done. I wanted a 100% refund and I wanted them to have their shapewear back. I didn’t want it in my house. They will not send a shipping label and are forcing me to pay. I said no. I paid for a service or an item. That’s my contract as the customer, you are liable for fulfilling the order or service and you haven’t.
As a result, and unannounced to me, they shoved ANOTHER shapewear in an envelope and it’s apparently on its way. 4 pieces of shapewear for my original 40 bucks. I just want you to care about your broken piece. 😵‍💫🥴
This steph person is apparently set to call me any day now to have another discussion about them acting fraudulently. Unfortunately legally I can’t do anything if they finally send the right colour and functional shapewear with my case directly, but we can report our experiences here and at BBB and save other women the hassle.

This is a total scam, I should have read the reviews before ordering! I placed my order on 4/23 and to date I’ve still never received it. I contacted whoever this fraudulent customer service rep Steph is and she said my order was returned due to a wrong address. This was in June that I finally got a response. I asked for a tracking number 3 times for my delivery and I still have not received it, just an incorrect tracking number. They refused to refund me so I paid an additional $10 for reshipping because I didn’t want to just waste the money I already paid for the order. Now it’s near the end of July and still, no delivery. I once again requested my tracking number and they gave me the exact same tracking number from months ago! Then said it was returned due to a wrong address, AGAIN! I’ve received tons of packages to my address that I ordered after this, so clearly a lie, they cannot even provide tracking! I finally just emailed Steph and told her this is clearly a scam and I’ll be disputing the charge for both reshipping and the original order. Unbelievable the incompetence of this Steph, save yourself the trouble, don’t order!

Goods are poorly made. When I tried to get a refund they said they would exchange and I had to pay $16 for postage. I did reluctantly. 7 weeks later no product and numerous emails leading no where. They won’t refund my money and keep saying it’s in transit. I have proof it hasn’t moved china in 6+ weeks.
Still no resolve. … DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Absolute scam website. Customer service do not even read your website. With the BOGOF offer it makes you choose your freebie and then doesn’t add it to your basket so is completely misleading and so tricks you out of your item that most likely was the reason you were persuaded to spend money with them in the first place.
Will not cancel your order even with immediate contact and a very clearly stated order number. Will just send the item whilst ignoring your received email and then expect you to pay to return the item and then not refund you.
AWFUL business. Do not shop with them. SCAM.

What a ridiculous business. They DO NOT stand by their full refund guarantee and like others say, make it a hassle by offering replacement (at your cost for shipping), 20% then the final offer of 30% because of the cost for return shipping that is to be paid for by the consumer. This business is an absolute scam. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT fall for their products, they do not fit nicely, they’re not great quality, and they do not stand by their website policy of hassle free full refund returns! Not only did I receive the same emails over and over repeatedly, but I also received the same emails in someone else’s name!!

I thought it was a scam and so I emailed them because they never gave me and arrival date, 4 weeks later it arrived and they are amazing.

I’m really happy with the product , probably poor administration but they actually deliver ! I can wear it as a top too so it has multi use
