Extremely bad experience. The product I received was nothing like what was shown or promised. After taking my money, the support was extremely poor and I was left disappointed and frustrated. I genuinely feel cheated and feel like my money was taken unfairly. Stay very careful before paying them.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the product I recently ordered. Unfortunately, the product I received is not the correct product that I ordered.
I had ordered two pieces, but I received only one piece. Moreover, the product received does not match the required size, and it also appears to be different from the original product shown/listed at the time of ordering.
Therefore, I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it and receive a full refund.
Kindly arrange the return/pickup of the product at the earliest and process my refund after the return is completed.
I request you to look into this matter promptly and resolve it as soon as possible.

I placed an order under the Buy 2 Get 1 offer, but I received only one item. Despite raising multiple complaints and contacting your support team several times, I have received no proper resolution or assistance.

This is completely unacceptable and has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should be made aware of such issues so that others do not face the same situation or feel deceived after purchasing these products.

I strongly urge the concerned authorities and other affected customers to take appropriate legal action and ensure that those who have been affected receive the compensation they are legally entitled to.

, but only one was delivered. I repeatedly contacted the company through WhatsApp and email, yet they did not bother to respond.

This company is fraud. Donot buy any products from them. They send wrong items and later dont reply to any msgs. This gang of thieves along with shopify, should be investigated by police.

This is a fraud website . I was duped . They don't sell quality product. Infact the shapewear is different from what is shown and they sent only 1 instead of 2 . Their website should be taken down immediately and charged in fraud case

They are cheating people. Showing in advertisement three items but sending only one.

The co. is a big fraud its a online scam I have received a only 1 garment instead of 6 that too is wrong size and damaged piece, the phone number is invalid and the email is fake please don't fall in the trap

I received only one vest and not 2 as shown in my order. Have been trying to reach their customer support on WhatsApp, Email and haven't gotten any response at all. Requesting people to not buy from here.

I ordered buy 1 get 1 but delivered only 1 and size is not accurate.
No customer care number.
No refund policy.
Only fake product and fraud.

Absolutely scammers. I paid for 2 shapewear and got only 1. Kept asking in whatsapp and email but no reply. Never seen a worse company than this.
