Shipping for the pressure valve was $9.99, but as I processed the payment it jumped to $100 as a "Surcharge" to Alaska + Hawaii. Shame on you

I ordered via email after my old ninja creami stopped working. I sent them my correct address 3 times and somehow they shipped the order to the wrong address. I will now be receiving my item a week or more after I was originally supposed to receive it.

The person I spoke with was outstanding. She listened to me and helped me get my situation straightened out. She was kind and supportive and understanding. Very nice person to work with.

They were fast and didn't string me along.

I was about to give details and was listened to and respected.

Leider kann ich das Produkt selbst nicht bewerten, da es aufgrund der Probleme mit dem Onlineshop gar nicht erst zu einer Bestellung gekommen ist. Umso mehr enttäuscht mich der Umgang mit potenziellen Kunden.
Wir wollten uns eine Heißluftfritteuse zulegen, haben lange verglichen und uns schließlich für das Angebot von Ninja entschieden. Ausschlaggebend waren unter anderem die zwei kostenlosen Silikonkörbe, die im Rahmen der Aktion dabei gewesen wären. Wir hätten uns alternativ auch für ein gutes Angebot einer Konkurrenzmarke entscheiden können.
Leider ließ sich die Bestellung auf der Ninja-Website nicht abschließen. Wir haben es mehrfach über zwei verschiedene Geräte, einen Laptop und unterschiedliche Browser versucht – ohne Erfolg.
Am nächsten Tag war die Aktion bereits abgelaufen. Der Kundenservice teilte uns mit, dass man die Bestellung zwar manuell für uns aufgeben könne, allerdings ohne die Aktionszugaben, da wir keinen Screenshot des Warenkorbs vorweisen konnten. Wir haben daraufhin sogar unseren Browserverlauf als Nachweis geschickt, aus dem hervorgeht, dass wir mehrfach versucht hatten, die Bestellung abzuschließen. Leider brachte auch das nichts.
Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass laut Auskunft des Kundenservice solche Probleme mit dem Onlineshop offenbar wiederholt auftreten. Dass ein Unternehmen nicht in der Lage ist, bei einem selbst verursachten technischen Problem eine kundenorientierte Lösung anzubieten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.
Die Anmeldung auf der Website funktioniert übrigens problemlos – und auch die Werbe-E-Mails kommen zuverlässig an. Bei der eigentlichen Bestellung und beim Entgegenkommen gegenüber potenziellen Kunden sieht es leider ganz anders aus.
Ich habe selbst lange im Kundenservice gearbeitet und weiß, dass man für solche Fälle normalerweise eine unkomplizierte Lösung finden kann, wenn man möchte und Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legt. Gerade im digitalen Zeitalter sollte es möglich sein, einen fehlerhaften Bestellvorgang nachzuvollziehen und einem Kunden die versprochenen Aktionsbedingungen trotzdem zu ermöglichen.
Hier besteht meiner Meinung nach deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf – sowohl beim Onlineshop als auch beim Kundenservice.
Fazit: Wir konnten uns leider kein eigenes Bild von der Heißluftfritteuse machen und werden uns nun bei der Konkurrenz umsehen. Schade, denn Ninja hatte uns mit dem Angebot zunächst überzeugt. Durch diese Erfahrung hat das Unternehmen allerdings einen potenziellen Kunden verloren.
Ich hoffe, dass Ninja den Onlineshop und den Umgang mit solchen Fällen künftig verbessert.

Had to contact customer service re: the mop feature - they answered right away and were very receptive to my needs.

My daughter praises how good Ninja support is. She always buys from their site vs Amazon. Today I experience the absolute best phone support EVER. My new Ninja Creami scoop and swirl had a technical issue they could not fix online. No hesitation, they created an order for a new one, no charge for shipping. You can tell the technicians enjoy what they do. This is good technical support. Thank you .

The customer service provided by Shanika was exceptional - I would have given her six stars if possible. She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and charming (if I am allowed to say that!).

The lady that was working with me helping me out was really nice and friendly she definitely needs a raise!

The support reps I spoke too were very understanding when I expressed I had only used the mopping feature one time and since it was not working they requested a new fluid tank be sent to me.

The service rep was so nice and helpful!! She found my problem and resolved it in just a few minutes. She made the experience very quick and easy.

My product is a shark rocket pro deluxe corded vacuum. I love my vacuum. I have used shark products for the last 30 years. shark puts out a remarkable product.
