Took three service reps to complete this. the first two dropped the ball. the third one completed it completely and very efficiently. First rep, I got disconnected and he never called back. Second Rep got my email wrong, which I verified 3 times. He then just cancelled the order and never tried to contact me. Third Rep was excellent and completed the order and sent confirmation email. I love the Vac and Mop😊

Paula was very courteous and professional. She took her time and walk me through the whole process.

I have to give two stars as generally I have had great experiences with shark and ninja products. However recently treated myself to a new carpet cleaner used it for approximately five minutes and the motor cut out and the left side of here head was so hot I burned my hand.
Called shark to arrange a collection of a faulty unit and was asked to pay for collection, so now I have to take time out of my day to drag a faulty unit across town to a dpd location. Really really unhappy with the whole experience

Called about a safety concern and ended up getting new ninja oven 30% off for the replacement. Was out of warranty.
Walter made my choices very clear and easy. I hung up on him by mistake and he called me back.

My husband bought me a shark sweeper for Christmas, which I love. But, in the last 10 months we have had to buy a new handle for it keeps breaking. I conta ted the support, which was no help. I asked if they could send me a new one at no charge, in which they gave me a phone number to call. I did, but, it was out of service number. Go Figure. product # 1129FK-2700

The absolute best service I hardly waited on the call and the representative did a fantastic job was very understanding and helpful!

I would put 0 stars if I could. Sent item back and they are refusing to reimburse me the amount I paid. Such bab customer service please don’t bother with them you will lose your money

I have never had such an awful experience with a business. The coating on my frying pans is peeling, when I have only had them around a year. I have now spent ALMOST THREE MONTHS and THIRTY EMAILS trying to get a refund. They told me I would need to wait a month for a replacement to become available, which I said was not acceptable. They have said they will refund me, but I have now been waiting weeks and they do not respond to emails. I will never be buying Shark or Ninja products again.

Products may be OK but customer service is not.

If they get the product wrong and you got it home ,you let them know, they will just tell you to move your ass and send it back and when its back, they then will ship the correct one. Been waiting for 1 extra week and I have no news of anything.

J'avais acheté le Shark HydroVac WD210EU il y a un an. Récemment, l'appareil a eu des soucis : message d'erreur de réservoir vide en permanence et bornes de recharge cassées. J'ai contacté le service client et j'ai activé la garantie.
Le service client a été super réactif : réponses rapides, procédure claire, étiquette de retour prépayée fournie, sans aucun frais de mon côté. Ils ont reçu mon appareil défectueux et me l'ont remplacé par un produit neuf, un an après l'achat.
Je suis très satisfait de la façon dont tout s'est passé, du premier contact jusqu'au remplacement. Une vraie garantie qui fonctionne, et un appareil que ma famille utilise tous les jours pour le ménage. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Bought a hand held vacuum and guesss WHAT ????? You can't empty the dust cup because it won't open. There has been extensive lip service but no action in resolving this issue. If anybody wants to buy a Sharkninja product my advice is run like the devil is after you !

The representative, Mohamed, was friendly, direct, efficient, relatable, and spoke like a human, unlike so many reps from other companies. I typically feel as if AI would provide better interaction, but Mohamed was a delight. Shark's commitment to its customers, demonstrated by this call and the immediate resolution to my problem, has made me a lifetime customer. From most companies you constantly hear, "Blah, blah, blah", about how much they value you as a customer, while they dont do anything to demonstrate your value to them. Clearly, you are unique. Shark has been such a wonderful company to help me with my vacuum issues.
They have been prompt in answering all my emails and helping me getting the replacement part needed for my vacuum.
I highly recommend Shark and their customer service.

Ich habe Anfang August einen Pizzastein für meinen Woodfire Outdoorofen bestellt. Geliefert wurde ein Frittierkorb. Ich habe sofort reklamiert. Es wurde geprüft, ich machte Fotos ,dann wurde wieder geprüft. Es kam zu einer Verwechslung bekam ich zur Antwort. Tja, jetzt ist Oktober und ich habe meinen bezahlten Pizzastein immer noch nicht. Auf E- Mails bekommt man keine Antwort mehr. Hole nun mein Geld über Paypal zurück. Schade, ich werde kein einziges Gerät mehr von dieser Firma kaufen.
