Great communication. Did what they said they would do and turned up when promised. Did a great job. Very pleased.

The shed was delivered really quickly and whilst the installation date was a while afterwards, Chris and his assistant assembled it in no time at all. To top it off, they took the packaging and other rubbish away with them. Will be looking to get another shed from these guys next year.

For those considering a shed purchase from Yardmaster, via Gardening Site via Shed Master the shed erection company. Recommended by Garden site.GS
This was my experience. The shed was not delivered on time!! due to the shed being damage in transit, the second shed then arrived. I received compensation from GS. When my 10 ft x 8 ft metal shed did not arrive, I could see why when it did, 90 Kilos in two flimsy boxes. very cheep packaging. See comments via Trustpilot on Yardmaster!! interesting read.
My experience with regards to the building via Shed Master. Chris did text, and we arranged 1 pm on a Tuesday, 2 pm 3 pm 4 pm came and went, no texts no phone call no nothing. Rang GS and ask where were they. We will find out!!
At 4-30 pm Chris and another gentleman rocked up, they told GS very bad traffic, hence delay, told me held up of the previous 3 jobs. Chris told me on the phone it took just 2 hours to put up!! 😂 it says 8 hours in the manual, which was in with the rubbish cardboard packaging that they did not take away with them,So professional 👍!! yet another job for us to do. Getting dark now its 8-45 pm some 4 hours gone!! I ask, anything I should know about this shed!!
like the metal floor, that is not fixed down, NOTHING.
This evening I was to attend a birthday meal out, yes arrived much later. Chris's amnesia to communicate their late assemble, I would have said come back during working hours like 8-30 am to 5-50 pm I think that is reasonable. 4 jobs in a day is an over commitment!! They then went off to London for the night to work the next day, on another erection I believe.GS provided more Financial compensation, for this night work. and missed late evening birthday.They spent over 1 hour -30 minutes on the shed roof alone.I have CCTV on site. Not enough though it would seem!!

Now after the next heavy rain fall, I did check the shed roof for leaks, yes we have a leak, are we surprised, No, a rushed job.
I ask GS For more compensation to get a local professional company in to stop the leak. They agreed.
Shed now all OK. but not via Shed master.
Reliability in business gets you more business, taking the client for an idiot does not. I suggest if you use this shed building company. Make time lines of what is not acceptable. or they will rock up whenever it suits them!! Once the shed goes up, if metal Get your water hose out and simulate it raining with the hose on said roof. to prove that its patent and is leak proof. If not don't sign off their paper work from GS. say fix it please.now!!

I told GS between Yardmaster, and Shed master, this was their responsibility, to coordinate and communicate my order in a better way, or it will cost them business. and on my occasion quite a lot of money as well. For the inconvenience from both Yardmaster and Shed master. Sadly a disaster 😂
Its always difficult to support such action as above, but I got the impression from GS it was OK. just another day at the office of unprofessional behavior.
They are making GS look bad, but GS Don't appear to be that bothered. In these financial times they should be.

Be careful with your shed erection out there.😂 Choose carefully, or pay the price with inconvenience......and bad workmanship!!!!. .

Great shed, well designed. The hinged door, rather than sliders, is a definite plus. Also, the guys came and erected it in a verŷ short time, which saved me a lot of hassle.

We were kept updated on the status of our order and the shed was delivered in good time. The shed installation engineer was courteous and respectful of our property and had built the shed by mid afternoon

Chris was lovely, professional and very kind. He advised me on the best kind of shed for my circumstances and provided an excellent customer service. He was very patient with me, visited my home a few times and provided me with reassurance and confidence. Thank you.

I was having some building work done and needed some extra space to store possessions that would not fit in an existing old shed. Builder gave us a date to start within the next 2 weeks and so I needed a shed at short notice.

I contacted ShedMaster and was advised that they could supply and build a shed the following week - guaranteed. I bought the shed they had suggested and it arrived a couple of days later.

Their installer arrived a few days later and built it in a few hours.

Really good service and the shed is just what I was after ready for use before the builder started and I had to move all my stuff

Communication on delivery date & time down to the half hour was fantastic!
Shed is now erected & functioning well. My only concern is a gap at the bottom of the doors which unless I do something with will let in some beasties sheltering in the colder / wetter months to come.

RUBISH total RUBISH if you buy one what ever you do DONT FART INSIDE AS YOU WILL BLOW OFF THE ROOF and this was only a PUFF of wind do not know what will happen in very bad weather no Greenhouse i suppose
