Disonesti della peggior specie e lo si capisce al primo problema. Spariscono per settimane, poi rispondono in maniera vaga, poi si contraddicono, poi si rimbalzano la palla tra di loro. Aspetto da novembre per un rimborso per articolo difettoso in garanzia. MAI PIÙ.

Si vous acheter des appareil chez eux, il faut juste espérer qu’ils ne tombent jamais en panne, car le service après vente ou à la clientèle est juste catastrophique avec des gens plus qu’incompétents. J’ai jamais vu ça. On vous mène en bateau et vous demande des chose improbable et qui au fond ne change rien à votre situation ou à votre problème, comme quand on vous répond une semaine après en vous demandant de les contacter avec une autre adresse mail, alors qu’il ont une vidéo du problème et la facture d’achat, Pour ma part je vais plus commander et le conseillerais à personne.

Total scam, I didn't go to the store and buy anything, thank God, but they keep emailing that I bought a $1300 iPad and 2 $500 iTunes downloads. The first time I kept checking my account and trying to call, but bogus number, it never actually shipped and invoice was sus at best. The second time, I called the number and got a person from India, they wanted me to get on computer and download a mydesk.com document, to get a refund, that's when I realized it was for sure a scam, because as far as I can tell so far, no money taken out of my account, but for them to"refund" me, they would need my account number! So I bounced immediately! DO NOT USE MYSTORE FOR ANYTHING!!!

J'ai commandé un produit en décembre je l'ai payé et je ne l'ai pas reçu.

Mystore.ch des ESCROCS. Un sac Michael Kors acheté sur leur site avec défaut( la cire sur les anses s'effiloche) en l'espace de quelques semaines d'utilisation. A la demande de garantie on se fait endormir par des messages réponses blabla sans entrer en matière et que le client est un imbécile qui ne connaît rien en matière de garantie. Le client abandonnera car une démarche de justice coûte d'avantage que le prix du sac CHF 220.00

2 tables de nuit commandées en août, reçu en septembre avec les mauvaises charnières. J'ai dû me battre avec my store pendant 3 mois pour recevoir les bonnes... Mi décembre je reçois enfin mes charnières, il m'en fallait 4 car 2 tables de nuit... J'en ai reçu 2 ! J'ai dû me battre à nouveau avec leur support et leur chat inutile ! 3 mois plus tard je reçois les charnières qu'il me fallait. Tables de nuit commandées en août, montée mi février. Une honte cette boutique en ligne. Je demande un geste commercial, on me le refuse car ils m'ont changé les pièces. Des incompétents et un service client plus bas que 0. Ne commandez pas de meubles chez eux.

TOTAL SCAM. PAID £450 FOR A KETER SHED, EMAIL CONFIRMATION RECEIVED, ALSO EMAIL RECEIVED THAT IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WEBSITE HAS DISAPPEARED LINKS NO LONGER WORK. THEY CAME TOP OF GOOGLE SEARCH! CRAZY. I NOTICED THEY USED SEVERAL NAMES, STARTED AS APEXSTORAGE THEN OUTDOORSTORAGE THEN THE ORDER WAS FROM MY STORE AND THE CREIDT CARD PAYMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. BEWARE! I HOPE YOU CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE YOU BECOME ANOTHER VISTIM OF THIS SCAM ! BTW WHEN SEARCHING FOR SHEDS IT IS STILL TOP OF THE LIST! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT GOOGLE!

No delivery of garden box paid £106. no reply to emails from my store or their supplier sheds for you recieved messag saying fed ex had delivered contacted fed ex no record of delivery number urrer scammers

Ordered 2 Keter storage boxes at £99 each, what a fool I must be but search was supported by Google!!! And I paid via Shop Pay so thought they’re trustworthy this must be okay. Well items weren’t delivered and it’s impossible to speak to My Store. I partially blame Google and Shop Pay for supporting such a scam, albeit unwittingly.

Eigentlich ist diese Firma nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Ich habe Produkte gekauft und retourniert, da Fehlkauf. Kundenirritation, Ware entspricht Produkten aus Ali und Co. Angebot und Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Rücksendung im Oktober, bisher keine Rückerstattung (Februar). Kundenservice Katastrophe. Nie wieder...

Ordered an All in one kneeler on Dec 27 and still haven’t received it and no shipping tracking. Can not reach the company. Total scam I am now disputing the charge on my credit card as the item has not been shipped / delivered. Do Not Order From This Company

Ordered over a month ago and my product never arrived no tracking whatsoever. I emailed them plenty of times with no luck. My bank will refund me the $$$ STAY AWAY!
