Website That Actually Works! This site is so easy to navigate. My order showed up exactly when they said it would.

Matte Lipstick That Doesn't Suck. Finally a matte lipstick that doesn't make my lips feel like the Sahara desert! It stays put without fading and actually feels comfortable.

Products are great, but the customer service is a disaster. They have a system problem, so when I entered my address in the order, and I sent it, the order was created without the first line of the address, which made it totally undeliverable for this reason. I contacted them to change my address, they said they cannot change it and explained to me the steps to change it for myself, but the problem is that you cannot edit the order address, and they kinda delusionally refused to believe this. I kindly asked them to cancel the order so I could make a new one, but they never replied. Customer service is terrible; if you have problems with your order, you won't get real help.

Meine Tochter kennt die Kosmetik von Sheglam aus dem Drogeriemarkt dm. Auf der Suche nach schönen kleinen Produkten für das Osternest habe ich direkt bei der Homepage bestellt. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine zertifizierte Kosmetikmarke handelt, die nach deutschen Richtlinien überprüft ist und dermatlogisch einwandfrei ist, da sie ja auch im deutschen Handel angeboten wird. Nach Erhalt des Paketes habe ich mit Entsetzen festgestellt, dass Sheglam zu dem Fast Fashion Riesen Shein gehört. Das bedeutet, die Kosmetik entspricht nicht den deutschen Standards oder ist EU-zertifiziert. Der Konzern steht aufgrund massiver Umweltbelastungen, mangelnder Transparenz und fragwürdigen Arbeitsbedingungen stark in der Kritik. Natürlich möchte ich ein solches Geschäftsmodell zum einen nicht durch meinen Kauf finanzieren, zum anderen möchte ich billig produzierte Chemie nicht auf der Haut meiner Tochter. Da wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben eine Rücksendung unmöglich ist, habe ich den kompletten Inhalt nun entsorgt. Ich rate sehr zur Vorsicht, auch bei den in Deutschland erhältlichen Produkten bei dm. Welche Produkte aufzunehmen, widerspricht vollkommen meinem Bild, dass ich lange Zeit von dm hatte. Diese Drogeriekette ist außerdem zuletzt sehr negativ durch ihre Nähe zur AfD aufgefallen, so dass mein Vertrauen in das Geschäftsmodell von dm sowieso stark erschüttert ist. Ich kaufe nur also lieber Kosmetik, die zwar auf TikTok nicht so erfolgreich ist, aber zumindest frei von Tierversuchen ist und keine Hautirritationen auslöst.

Sheglam erstattet mir trotz Rücksendung mein Geld nicht zurück… Paypal hilft auch nicht. Nie wieder!!!!

I was concerned due to the reviews however I thought I'd try something small as the resale on the Adventure time products are so high, it was a waste of time
The items they allegedy sent was immediately returned to them (I found this out through an external tracking site) not through any communication from Sheglam
I attempted to contact them through the website however the contact form is defective and the email address provided on Google is ignored
I got through to them through the Instagram account and they tried to partially refund me instead of giving a full refund even though a full refund was offered
If it's not processed by tomorrow im going to the ombudsman. Absolutely useless scam

Sono veramente molto dispiaciuta ed arrabbiata. 1° ci vuole più di 1 mesi, la consegna, 2° o comprato 5 produtti , arrivato solo 2 , ho speso 44,95€ . 3 ° non riesco a contattare nessuno nella loro, perché ci sono delle domande, da rispondere e quando sei nella domanda " INSERISCI IL COD. DI COMPRA " si blocca. Poi il colore del fondotinta non è quello che io o ordinato, quindi per me ,stato una BRUTTA SPERANZA.

Impossible to contact customer service! My order arrived, the curler is faulty and does not switch on at all, literally straight out of the box. Annoyingly it has a EU plug too and not a UK one... anyway. When attempting to return for an exchange or refund it asks for your order number, but you cannot type this number in. It wants you to select it from a list, a list it refuses to load at all on any platform. So I cannot contact customer services and I am stuck with a dodgy unworking, no use to me curler with no way of contacting for an exchange or refund. Won't be ordering ever again.

Im tired of these companies portraying a UK company when goods are sent from China... Try order maybe from Amazon etc & not on their website... Ordered 5 days ago & only just shipped from China (only knew this from airport code etc) so Heaven knows when the order will arrive... My fault for not reading reviews I guess. UK customer...

Its a scam they said my order was delivered and it went out it wasnt delivered even tho i got a mail this is totally a scam. I do not recomend you guya to buy anything from there

Order hasn’t arrived and they have admitted this but refuse to refund as they claim I have a bank dispute raised which I don’t

ACHTUNG. SheGlam schließt in ihren AGBs pauschal den Umtausch von Kosmetikprodukten gemäß ihrer Gesundheits-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien aus. Dies ist so aber nicht zulässig. Wenn die Versiegelung nicht geöffnet wurde, das Produkt also noch verpackt und unbenutzt ist, greift dieser Ausschluss nicht (hierzu gibt es EU-Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinien). Ich habe innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist widerrufen, ein Rücksendeetikett wird mir seit Monaten nicht ausgestellt. Der Kundenservice reagiert auf sämtliche E-Mails nicht mehr. Es scheint ein wunderbares Erfolgsrezept zu sein, mit unzulässigen AGBs die Verbraucher hinters Licht zu führen.

I bought straight from boots so no experience of customer service or delivery times,but have to say i like the blusher and concealer!lasts ages,i wouldnt order online after reading other reviews but will buy again from boots

Comprei o lip tint gloss da Sheglam.
Embora deixe os lábios com a tonalidade que eu pretendo o resultado não é uniforme, desidrata os lábios e sai facilmente, tendo de ser aplicado com muita frequência para que dê resultado. Não gostei da compra.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to customers who rely on accurate delivery timelines or reasonable post-purchase support...
I placed an order on December 10 and paid 85€ (discounted from an original price of approximately 96€). The purchase was made well in advance and was intended as a New Year gift, where timely delivery was essential.
Despite this, the shipment experienced significant delays, including being stuck in Hungary from December 21, and was delivered only after the holiday period had passed. As a result, the order completely failed its intended purpose.
Customer support acknowledged the delay and confirmed the issue, but refused to offer any monetary compensation, referring to internal policy. The only alternative suggested was a discount coupon, which is not a solution for a customer who does not plan to place further orders.
Although the products eventually arrived in acceptable condition, the overall experience highlights unreliable logistics and a customer service approach that prioritizes rigid policy over accountability. For a global brand, this is not an acceptable standard, especially for time-sensitive orders during the holiday season.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SHEGLAM.

I placed an order on November 29, but the package was never delivered. The tracking number provided showed no tracking information at any point, and there was no record with the stated carrier. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a valid or traceable shipment update.

Eventually, customer service acknowledged that the order could not be fulfilled and offered a refund. However, only the product amount was refunded. The shipping fee was withheld, even though the order was never successfully delivered and the shipping failure was not caused by me.

While the customer service responses were polite, the resolution was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Charging customers for shipping when no delivery occurs is unreasonable and unfair.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SHEGLAM to international customers who expect reliable shipping and fair refund practices.

Order I received was NOT as described. I contacted the company for a return/refund and after taking multiple days for them to respond they refused. Item was very cheaply made and was a mess when it arrived.
This is what their refund policy says. “Your satisfaction means a lot to us! We will gladly refund any item or items that may have been damaged during shipping.

J’ai vu tout les mauvais envies après avoir acheté les produits je me suis inquiété mais au final il sont bien arrivé dans les temps au bout de 10jours
