Meilleure agence de location à Tirana. Arthur a été tellement gentil, ils nous a même déposé à notre Airbnb pour éviter le taxi! La voiture été top, et il est toujours à notre écoute quand il y a un problème. Je recommande vraiment cette agence!

We visit Albania in July and Artur was siempre incredible, superb treatment, he brought the car to our hotel and pick it up. The car was really good, zero problems, he also prepared everything for us to cross to Greece, highly recommend

I highly recommend this company! Clear communication by app. Very friendly people. Jack brought the car to our hotel in Tirana and picked up the car in Sarande (after a long bus tour for him). Good price for a Renault Duster 4x4. Jack is very friendly and he is also a tour guide. He attented us to the Brataj bridge en fantastic restaurant in the area. Our son was allowed to drive. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery!

Arthur was great to deal with. Easy to get hold of, replied fast, and everything was sorted without any hassle from the start.
Then I managed to water damage the key. He drove over 3 hours to bring me the spare, no complaints, no drama. That's way more than he had to do and it saved my trip.
Also worth getting the full inclusive insurance, it's not expensive and it takes the worry out of driving here.
Highly recommend.

This was my first experience renting a car, Arthur and Loreta where really great. Every question I had they answered, they were friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately we had an incident, we hit a wall following a wrong direction by google maps. But they were super comprehensive and so kind to the whole situation.

If I were to come again, I won't think twice about which company to rent the car.

Fantastic car rental service. Easy and communicative to coordinate pickup and drop off. Car was well maintained and handles beautifully on the mountain roads. The owner even dropped us off at our hotel after we returned the car. Highly recommend! Bring cash (Euro, USD) for the deposit.

They are accurate on vehicles specification and excellent on time they are very helpful and cooperative staff thy answer all enquiries immediately, and online service 24/7

We had a fabulous time in Albania. The car came in very handy and helped us get to where we wanted to go, in our own time. They were very helpful, polite and patient.
