I had a very good experience with this car rental company in Albania. When I arrived at the airport, the person who was supposed to meet me was there right on time. He was very friendly, kind and welcoming, which was really appreciated after a long journey.

When it was time to return the car, I had to drop it off at 5:30 a.m., and once again, someone was there and available at such an early hour. The service was punctual, reliable and professional from start to finish.

Thank you for your kindness and availability. I highly recommend this car rental company and would definitely use their service again on my next trip to Albania!

Sehr angenehme Erfahrung mit der Mietwagenfirma. Die Buchung war einfach und komfortabel, und bei Fragen wurde über WhatsApp schnell und kompetent geantwortet. Die Kommunikation insgesamt war sehr gut.

Das Auto wurde direkt zum Hotel gebracht, sogar früher als erwartet, und nach der Abgabe wurden wir freundlicherweise noch in die Stadt zum Hotel gefahren.

Auch mit dem Fahrzeug selbst waren wir sehr zufrieden, es entsprach genau den Angaben auf der Website. Bei der Übergabe wurde keine übertriebene Kontrolle durchgeführt, sondern eine unkomplizierte Sichtprüfung.

Bezahlung in bar war problemlos möglich, der Papierkram war minimal, und kleinere Fehler konnten direkt unkompliziert korrigiert werden. Insgesamt eine sehr gute und kundenfreundliche Erfahrung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden in Zukunft gerne wieder bei dieser Vermietung mieten.

Empresa familiar albanesa de alquiler de vehículos. La experiencia ha sido excelente desde la primera gestión. Podemos valorar esta compañía respecto al servicio que ofrecen desde el punto de vista de solución de problemas. No había disponibilidad del vehículo reservado y nos ofrecieron otro al momento. También hubo un problema con las llaves del vehículo y lo resolvieron de manera impecable. Hablan inglés perfecto y la comunicación es fluida y directa. Recomiendo encarecidamente sus servicios de alquiler de vehículos con full kasko premium.
