I can not recommend Anna highly enough. From the moment of booking to receiving my photos and everything in between, Anna has made me feel safe and comfortable. She answered my questions and concerns beforehand and really understood my reasons for wanting to the shoot. I was nervous on the day but soon relaxed thanks to Anna and Kates easy-going nature's. Kate did something magical with my face and listened to my specifics about my unruly hair. Everything was so wonderfully personalised and Anna made sure I was happy and comfortable with each pose. I booked this session specifically on the day before my 40th birthday and I am so pleased I did. What a way to sign off my 30s. I now have a beautiful folio with high quality photos that I can look back on in years to come.

Anna was warm and approachable from the start. She checked in before our session to make sure I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. On the day she put me at ease and made the experience fun and enjoyable. It was a great day and I love my photos.

Let me start by saying - 10/10, would recommend! I'm not exaggerating by saying that everything, EVERYTHING, from the very first point of contact to the photos being sent to me (so speedily, may I add!) has been absolutely perfect, flawless. Anna's communication is spot-on, all questions answered openly and honestly; the prep guide is a sheer masterpiece and goes into the most incredible level of detail to help with every possible element of the pre- photoshoot stage. There is guidance on everything, every single step of the way. The day itself was a dream, and - as women have said previously - seeing so much positive feedback from others meant I walked into the studio feeling not a jot of doubt or worry, despite ordinarily feeling beyond uncomfortable in front of the camera. And that's fully clothed! There was so much about the day that had been personalised to my liking, it just felt so welcoming and lovely. Kate is an artist in the true sense of the word, working absolute magic on my hair and makeup - followed by the photoshoot itself with Anna which I've not stopped raving about since! So seamless and effortless, every single pose directed to perfection so you can't get it wrong at all, and so much positivity and loveliness from Anna throughout. I'm in love with all the photos from the day, and amazed that I'm even in a position to be disappointed I 'only' had to choose ten! They're all masterpieces, thanks to these two! 😁 TLDR - go for it, you won't regret it!

Ana from she is magic is an exceptionally talented photographer with a real gift for making you feel comfortable, confident, and truly seen. Her professionalism is outstanding, but what makes her sessions so special is the warm, welcoming atmosphere she creates from the moment you walk in.
Anna has an amazing eye for capturing genuine emotion and bringing out the best in every woman she photographs. If you're thinking about booking a session with her, don't hesitate—you'll leave with beautiful portraits and a wonderful experience to remember.

She Is Magic for sure! Anna took a lot of time to get to know me in the run up to the shoot, and it really shows in the pictures. She also took time on the day to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and listened when I wasn't sure about something, or wanted something different. Not all photographers do this. I also recommend the same day viewing option, because it can be an anxious time waiting for photos and this takes all of that away. Also how Anna presented the photos, too...showing me a lot of photos and listening to what I liked and didn't, rather than picking her favourite few and telling me that's what I was getting. Again, not all photographers do that. So, so pleased with the result!!

Reading other reviews before my session confirmed me that I was going to be fine. Nervous, stressed, excited, but fine. And I was! There was nothing awkward throughout the session, even if you contort yourself into crazy positions. Mostly, it's good fun and a lot of guidance from Anna. At the end, you leave with the feeling that you can step outside of your comfort zone and try something new, and be ok afterwards.
Also, I wanted to mention that Kate (I hope I got your name right!), who's doing your hair and make-up, was lovely to talk to, and it was a great way to start the day :)

Anna really is magic!
From the very first message she was comforting and reassuring - she understood my anxieties and provided so much information to help with inspiration for outfits, makeup and hair looks and how to prepare for the session.
Anna kept in regular contact, checking in with me regularly to offer help and guidance where needed. She helped calm my day-before nerves and it basically already felt like she was a friend by the time the shoot day came!
I felt comfortable straight away. Kate who did hair and makeup was equally lovely and together they created the most welcoming environment.
The shoot itself was calm and fun and Anna gave so much easy direction to follow that it all just flowed seamlessly. I left feeling empowered and like the best version of myself and with the most gorgeous images to mark the journey I’ve been on to love myself again.
I think every woman should do this and Anna is the best possible cheerleader to coach you through it, I will definitely be back!

The boudoir photo shoot I booked with Anna at She Is Magic was brilliant. From start to finish I felt totally supported with Anna answering my pre-shoot questions with ease and confidence. On the day one small thing that meant so much was having the studio door locked throughout. It helped me to totally relax even when having open conversations. The shoot itself was a lovely experience, there was no pressure and I felt in control of what to wear when and which poses to try. Final results are stunning (not a word I would usually associate with myself!) and something for me to look back on to remind myself of my individuality and strength. I highly recommend Anna!

Amazing experience, I was made to feel at ease and comfortable the whole time and was talked through everything so I knew exactly what was going on.
Even before my session I was kept up to date on everything and was told exactly what would happen.
The payment and booking was super easy and payment plans were available if needed.
