Rob and his team were brilliant, phoned and got a quote and installed a new oil boiler within a week, brilliant service and very good job done, lads were very tidy and professional

From when Rob came to give us a quote till Will and Cal finished fitting our new Combi boiler plus taking out our old fire and back boiler the lads never stopped ,we are so pleased with the new system would definitely recommend Shelter and Adam would use again

Shelter Adams installed a new boiler and complete central heating system for us. It wasn’t a straighforward job due to the age of the house and Rob was very generous with his time, discussing potential solutions with us. The installers were great to have around and did a really quick and neat job. The price was competitive. We will definitely use Shelter Adams again when the need arises.

Rob kept us informed all the way with models/pricing/fitting dates etc. and the gas-safe guy (Adam) who fitted the new boiler was super efficient! I don’t think he even took a break, such a hard worker. He completed what should have been a 2/3 day job in 1.5 days. Very pleased with the new combi boiler indeed and Vanessa was super quick with the admin side of things always responding to any queries we had. We will be using Rob again when we get our kitchen refurb for new radiators ;)

Always a pleasure to have Rob around to keep our boiler and central heating system in tip top condition. Whether it's a boiler service, fitting a new shower, radiator or smart heating system. I make sure that my family who live local also used their services as they are so reliable and trustworthy. Not only this, but Rob found a gas leak on my new meter on his last visit, so knowing our safety is also in good hands is priceless, couldn't recommend anyone more.

I explained the issue with our boiler to Rob. When you don’t have hot water and you have 2 children, it needs fixing ASAP. Rob was honest and said that he was busy with other jobs. He recommended someone that he knew. The guy told me when he would be coming round and it was fixed the same day. Great service. Thank you Rob.

Can speak highly enough about our experience with Shelter Adams. They did a difficult complex boiler replacement for us linking a new Worcester boiler into a Rayburn and keeping the gas Rayburn cooler live whilst decommissioning the Rayburn gas back boiler.
Most engineers I spoke to didn’t want to know, the job being too complicated or requiring too much thought. On the other hand Rob was helpful from the outset and worked hard to problem solve a great solution for us.
The guys on the job were fantastic, polite, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable - a pleasure having them in the home.
We had a few teething problems given it wasn’t a straight forward job and Rob got onto those in a flash and got the guys back out in a matter of days to sort things.

Arrived on time, replaced my radiator valves and serviced my boiler as requested. Pleasant and helpful, clean and tidy, job well done.

We knew our boiler was on its way out and when it died, we knew it needed to be replaced rather than fixed. I didnt hesitate to call Rob as his team had replaced all our old radiators earlier this year and I knew when the time came that we would use them and not even bother to look for other quotes as they had done such a great job with the radiators and are honest, hard working, tidy and the follow up care is excellent. I can trust them in my home and trust them to do a great job and clean up well afterwards. The same team arrived on the day and were just as excellent, polite and hard working as before. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shelter Adams and will continue to use them in the future should this ever be required.
