Engineer arrived at the expected time and carried out the service with no fuss or mess. We have used this company before and know the work is carried out to a high standard. We felt that the cost was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

JDS installed my boiler several years ago and every year they service it to ensure it’s in good working order and meets safety standards. The customer service is great and every engineer is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend JDS

Arrived on time and capped gas fire as arranged. There was an issue with my gas supply to cooker and hot water later. They came straight back out the next morning and helped fix the problem. He even offered to make a call regarding an error code on my boiler. Couldn’t recommend higher. Great service and felt they cared.

Very helpful from first phone call (to locate previous service history) and on the day from Ryan who carried out the service.

Ryan arrived to complete our annual service. He arrived at the time I requested and couldn't do enough. Very pleasant and efficient. Even informed us that the CO2 meter needed replaced. So helpful.

Great company to deal with. Professional from start to finish, don't rip you off. So helpful

Discovered water pouring through my garage ceiling on to my combi boiler. Phoned Jennifer at JDS Gas Services who I use regularly for my boiler service. Within a short time Ryan and Dougie arrived at my door , identified the issue, replaced a broken pipe in the ceiling space , and dried out the boiler which fortunately was undamaged due to the speedy response from JDS. A positive experience with a great company.

Ryan came to complete an annual service on our boiler. He communicated really well and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Really impressed - made the whole process really easy. Thank you so much
