I recently had a full system upgrade with Shelter Adams Ltd — they installed a new combi-boiler for us — and I’m extremely happy with the result. From start to finish, communication was excellent: Rob was always easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any questions. The team were punctual, professional and worked efficiently in a timely manner. The installation was smooth and hassle-free, and the new boiler is working brilliantly. Overall I couldn’t recommend Shelter Adams Ltd more — thank you for a job well done!

Great job done. Had a hot water boiler system upgraded Easy to arrange a detailed quote. Turned up on time, kept me informed of progress and then tidied up afterwards.

Our boiler was leaking and an engineer came out quickly, fixed the issue, and carried out a full service.
Communication was excellent throughout! We’re already planning to have them install a new shower next! Truly a great service and a great company, highly recommended.

Installed new external oil boiler for us in September, looks great and team really tidy and efficient with installation. Additionally, we had a drainage issue whereby boiler was flooded caused by unblocking, contacted the team who ensured we were back up and running within a couple of days of contact. Highly recommend!

I wasn't going to write this but other items have come to light. We asked for Rob to come and move our boiler as were were having some building work done. The boiler was checked and a new flue was required. The work was arranged and the Shelter lads came down and started to move the boiler. Turns out the Flue that Rob ordered wasn't the correct one even through ha came down twice to check it. 3 days later the flue turns up. the lads turn up in the morning to do a few bits then leave around 10:30 am. No idea where they went but return around 3pm. they fit the flue and im then told that there is not enough gas to get the boiler working. We are on LPG tanked. Was working fine 3 days ago before it was switched off for the boiler change. The lad there decided to call me a Muppet and i asked him to leave site. Rob turned up and took another look and got the boiler working. there was no issue with the gas tank. Eventually it was all working expect they didn't finish off the drain for the boiler and the external flue is loose. I was not going to use them again after the incident so as we are having more work done eventually. So we asked another firm to come in and finish off the extra work. they checked the boiler and it has a gas leak on it. This is from a gas union on the boiler that only Shelter Adams had touched. This has been leaking since they moved the boiler. The part was replaced and the extra work completed by others.
The attitude of his staff and the poor workmanship i would steer well clear of this company. I have been offered £200 compensation to remove this post. which i will not. Having been abused by a member of staff and left without a boiler for 3 days is not acceptable

Shelter-Adams fitted a new Bosch boiler for us. The service was excellent from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with this company-simply professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Shelter-Adams to friends and family.

As usual, fantastic service from Shelter-Adams! Will and Harry installed two radio with rerouted pipework.

All done with a great eye for detail and the positioning of the radiators.

The radiators were lukewarm having been fine last Winter. We contacted Shelter Adams and Rob popped round, was very polite and knowledgeable. We received the quote, which was very reasonable.
Adam came to powerflush the system. He was straight into it and managed to get the flow up significantly. He also fitted a magnetic filter which really should have been done years ago. Adam tidied up after and you wouldn't know he'd been. A really professional job, I would happily recommend Shelter-Adams to anyone!

Found this gem of a company through the Worcester Bosch fast track service. We made contact and Rob responded to our request for a quote very promptly. The quote was acceptable and the new boiler installed at a time convenient for us. The engineers and Rob have all been very polite and professional and work to a high standard. We would highly recommend this company for your boiler requirements.

We had a great experience with Rob and his team. They serviced our boilers, rerouted some pipework, and connected our gas hob.

There wasn’t much space behind the oven for the pipework, but Will from Rob’s team was extremely thorough and measured everything perfectly, making sure it was all fitted neatly so the oven could go back in without any issues.

The team were polite, professional, and very tidy throughout. We’re quite particular about the quality of work, and the pipework was done to an excellent standard, really neat and precise. Highly recommended!

Great customer service from start to finish. Competitive quote and disruption kept to minimum. Two fitters were very pleasant, polite, and helpful.

Rob was amazing, gave me a quote and answered all my questions patiently and was so helpful. Installed my new Combi boiler as planned. No problems everything went well. Cleaned up after themselves and all paperwork given after job. Warranty, gas safety installation etc. Happy wity service. Would defo recommend.

From the beginning I found Rob to be polite, and extremely helpful. He came when he said he would. I received the quote, which was excellent, very quickly after the initial consultation.
Shane came to do the work at my property. It took 1 day to complete. Again, he was very helpful, polite, never stopped working all day and gave me some very useful tips on how to get the best value for money when using my heating.

Had new radiators fitted, honestly couldn’t be happier. The team were really friendly, turned up when they said they would, and got everything done without any hassle.

They did a really tidy job. The new radiators look great and the house feels so much warmer already.

Absolutely fantastic company to have found. Rob came out and quoted the job and found him very professional. He explained all that would be done for the boiler replacement and even said that they might be able to fix the old boiler, but for peace of mind I decided to go ahead with a new one. Very reasonable priced and the fitting team were brilliant.
Clean tidy polite and even got the water back on in no time .

From start to finish everything has been spot on and professional. I dealt with Rob initially then one of his lads called over to look at the boiler replacement.

On the day of fitting (Saturday in our case) and a top lad called “Will” arrived who carried out everything himself to a very high standard.
