Ordered Keen boots
Ordered Keen boots. They did arrive At Boot Barn (what's that about?) but in crushed packing box that was labeled "Twisted X". Hmmmm. No Keen tags on boots (except for Keen logo on sole) or packaging, at all. Were they really Keen? Who knows. I believe they had been previously worn and maybe returned. Might be a Chinese counterfeit of a Keen product, hard to tell. They did fit, so I've got that going for me. BEWARE!!
Horrible customer service
I placed an order with Shepplerâs on a Monday. By Thursday I noticed they created the shipping label on Monday when I place the order but on Thursday it is still not been shipped. I reached out to ask when it was going to ship and they sent me the shipping label that they had created on that Monday. Since then, Iâve emailed asking when it is going to ship and they are now ghosting me. I donât understand why it takes over a week to prepare something to ship out or at least reach out to the customer to explain why it hasnât shipped.
Poor comms - take a while to arrive
I thought I got ripped off they just took 3 weeks to post and didn't answer my 2 emails.
Brought to pairs of boots spent $700 and 3 weeks later after the shipping label was created they have yet to be posted. I have emailed twice and no reply. I thought I was spammed but, thankfully they arrived and the products were good.

This company is an absolute joke ! I placed an order two weeks ago that still hasn't even been shipped out ( website states 24-48 hours) I've emailed a few times ( I can't look it up as the order numbers thy gave me don't work) and they tell me it's gonna ship out any day now. today I called to see what the heck was going on and the lady told me that both my items are back ordered and they might not even ship out at all. Now I don't have enough time to get replacements before Christmas! I asked her why nobody cared to inform me that my items weren't even available and she got kind of snotty and didn't overly care to address the issue. When I ordered my items, it didn't say anything about it being back ordered. It said both items were in stock. Super not impressed!

If anyone has tried to return a digital product like a video game...you know what I'm talking about. It doesn't matter it's 2 different entities. I received the product for up too 2 months and they took it back. I can't even return a video game after 5 min of playtime if I started the game...they are a truly good company don't let the reviews fool you!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Customer Service doesn't know anything, and they blame everyone else, rather than taking care of the customer. I have talked to them multiple times and cannot get my money returned for the items I returned in a store. They blame the bank or anyone else they can think of. I guess the money I was supposed to be refunded is lost. Do not order online from this company! If you return the item in a store and have email proof that it processed and then only a partial amount posts to your account, you are out of luck. So if you have money to throw away, shop with this company. NOT AGAIN!
True to size
Living across the pacific you are weary when buying online. The website is very easy to navigate, delivery prompt. The items ordered were good quality. Shirts and jeans excellent fit.

Ordered Ariat boots in EU 13.8.2025. Money went from my bank. Never any confirmation they were sent. Contacted customer service 4 times and every time they just avoided the issue and blamed Ariat not responding them. Maybe Ariat will be interested of this.

I ordered a pair of boots. Im in a wedding at the end of this month. Placed an order it declined my card. I made sure all of my info was correct. The order placed. Never received any confirmation email. Money came out of my banking app. Emailed and called customer service to see what was up. Claimed they couldnât find it in their system at all. I asked for refund so who knows if Iâll get one.
Shipped to wrong state
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans 6/26 to be shipped to local Boot Barn. Received email order was shipped 6/27. Never received a tracking number. 7/2 I went on website to see where order was. Shows it's in the state of Washington. I live in Nevada. Canceled order. Never buying from Sheplers again!!!!!!

Ordered an Idyllwind bag on the 7th of April. I don't know how they did it but it arrived to the UK and delivered on the 9th of April! These folks are not going to make America great again
I ordered a hat and a belt. The belt was too short. So now i want to return it so i can order a larger size, but when i try to require a return ticket, the website doesn't recognise the ordernumber, while it is still visible in my order history. I am trying to contact customer service over mail for two weeks now without any response. They just don't care. Their business model is like any Chinese webstore out there. Make a quick buck and move on to the next one. Most products they sell aren't even American made. I wouldn't be surprised if their Ceo resides somewhere in Shanghai. Well, they will never get one penny out of my pocket ever again. That's for sure. I'm telling ya, people like these selling out good folks to the commies. Keep ya eyes open. Tried to order a pair of boots, when i placed order, my card was declined, however I knew there was ample money there to cover order, upon investigation I discovered they HAD indeed deducted the funds from my account. Now I am having hell getting my money back, I have been told by three associates that it has been taken care of however the money has Not been returned...avoid this company and Boot Barn as well, they are the same company and they are thieves,and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the federal trade commission.

I ordered for the very first t8me from Sheplars/boot barn I've never heard of this company but I ordered a pair of shoes for a family member for Christmas i recieved my item not really inspecting it before wrapping for Christmas I took out about a week b3fore to wrap it in opened the very large box that had a 6.5 shoe in it for a women and to my surprise the "clearance" on the shoe was pretty much a difference of about 30-35$ of what I paid online for the item so it was discounted in the store but not online ok to me whatever it is what it is but what bothered me was these shoes were clearly worn the soles on the bottom were worn and dirty and the inside clearly worn because it had lint in it from a pair of socks I called the company to complain and 1. After speaking to a representative for my complaint of a worn pair of shoes I asked to speak to a manager and the manager would not speak to me he/ she refused they wouldn't send a new pair out either unless they hey the old ones in return and refused to exchange the pair of shoes for the price that was on them and not give me the difference in money back I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND REFUSE TO ORDER ANYTHING

Very Bad Customer Service
Have purchased on line several times from Sheplers/Boot Barn, have always ordered the size I normally wear. Every product I have received did not fit. They were to small. Return process is terrible. Calling customer service is terribly frustrating. You are told stuff that is not true by customer service agents. My current return was received by Sheplers/Boot Barn according to UPS tracking 3 days ago and they have still not processed my return to credit my credit card back. When you call all you get are excuses from Customer Service. They just tell you whatever to get you off the phone. This is the last time I will ever make a purchase from Sheplers/Boot Barn
