Although I did receive my order after a lengthy period of time, they are now doing a monthly charge of $34.99. They are hoping that people don’t check their credit card statements and they just will keep on charging you with no authorization. And you can’t cancel the membership or contact them via website it’s broken.

This company is a big joke and rip off. They took my money and im still waiting for my order they sent the tracking number but when you hit the tracking number, it says they have no information then they had a nerve to hit my account for $35 for another order that I did not authorize whoever is representing this company on TikTok or any other social media needs to stop. You have no way of contacting them only through email and they do not respond. This company needs to be shut down. It says shipped from the USA but I don’t believe so I’m disputing the $35 purchase that I didn’t authorize through my bank. She thrive is nothing but a scam and you should not do this to hard-working people if I could give zero stars that’s what it would have been.

Same here. Ordered bogo for total 120 gummies. Took a month to get order. Said ship from USA but came from Asia somewhere. Only got 1 bag for 60. Sent message they said I got bag of 120, sent pic of bag promised to send remaining still have not received. Worst

Product lost in post- appreciate this happens and is out of their control. However I have emailed four times to ask for refund with no response at all.

1. I ordered 2 BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) offers, which should have totaled 4 packages, but I only received 2 packages — and was still charged full price.

2. The delivery took over 3 weeks to arrive.

3. There is no effective way to contact She Thrive. Their phone number is invalid, and they do not respond to emails.

4. Attempting to cancel the subscription automatically renews it for another month, and you are billed without receiving the product.

5. Disputing these charges with your bank is time-consuming and frustrating.

6. I will never order from this dishonest company again.

I purchased the buy one get one free of pineapple gummies. I only received one bag.

Where is my second bag? Be warned do not buy from this company.

Finally received my order. As everyone else only received 1 bag when I ordered BOGO. Tried talking to a specialist they wanted to charge a $5.00 refundable fee to do so. I suppose I have to take it as a lesson learned. Will never order SHE THRIVE again!

Idk how we can have them shut completely down but they need to. I ordered from them in March took forever to receive my order was supposed to be B1G1 however I only received one bag! Sent countless emails and the contact form on their page and it took over a month for a reply. There was another pending charge in April that finally dropped off now I see they have took another payment out of my account on 5/14/25. Someone needs to do smthn about them

This is my second time ordering my first time I ordered. I got one bag that said 60 the second bag that said 60 and it's 120 and I did the same exact order that I did the first time. Is there a return address I can return back the one bag that I return and just get my money back because at this point this is false advertisement and this is my second time ordering from you. It was a great product, but I'd rather not be disrespected in this matter To top it off they send a automatic message that says the same thing be careful false advertising

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! My situation is the same as all others I see. I ordered the BOGO buy 1 get 1 and only received 1 pack of gummies. Contacted Customer Service with no response or resolution. Since last week SHE THRIVE has began trying to withdraw money from my card still. $23.99 was charged to my card and was declined since my card was locked, Thankfully. I went in and blocked the business so it wouldn't happen again. This morning 5/14/25 @ 0900 they tried to deduct the amount again from my card because I got a notification. I just wanted to warn others of the scam that this company is and if you used a card please lock it or check your accounts because they are stealing from their customers without consent. They should be shut down. I will NEVER AGAIN order anything closely associated with them. Good Luck everyone.

I ordered the buy one get one free, in total I should of gotten 4 bags, I only received 2. I have emailed the company and have yet to get a response.

Shethrive was and is a complete let down after ordering I have not gotten what was promised in the two days it was said to arrive. I have already requested a refund and to my surprise no response. Now reading all the reviews this was a ploy to get people funds.😔😔😔

Scam!!! They took the money and never delivered!!! Its been 5 month and they are telling me to check my porch😂😂😂 i live in an apartment building, nobody could sign for this! How can we report this to consumer rights!?? This is theft!

Just like everyone else, I thought I purchased BOGO, they charged more for one pack and I only received ONE package after 30 days or so. I wish I would have read reviews first. I sent a message to their customer service and no response.

Most definitely the same experience as everyone else just received my order. It stated it was supposed to be buy one get one free. I was just given one which I do see how the company does it it actually taxes you more by doing so and make it you think you’re getting a deal would definitely not recommend. They definitely would need to be closed down for this so It’s fine a different way around it and get them shut down cause it’s cannot be legal or even good business at this time.

This company, She Thrive, is a complete joke! I, as well ordered the BOGO and only received one (1) pack of gummies that took (21) days to receive! Every single communication that I tried to send to their provided email only came back as NOT sent! Then they had the audacity to charge my account an additional $29.99!!! 2 weeks later!!! I had no other choice but to call my credit card company!

She thrive is BS. Only received 1package on a BOGO deal. All the contact emails don’t work. It’s a mess. I just hope the gummies are safe and not something harmful in them. Never again from this site.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered the buy one get one gummies. Took a month to get here and only received one package. Their email is also fake. I receive an undeliverable message when trying to contact support.

The company do not fulfil the order to specification, I ordered the buy one get one free and only received one, it's not worth the amount you pay. I will not be purchasing from this site again, I wouldn't recommend anyone else do if you're looking to be disappointed.
