Very bad service. I booked a session when I was in Egypt and went on a business trip for 2 days. They did not open the session and I cannot refund my money or reschedule. The customer is really bad too.

One of the most frustrating ways to discourage mental health patients is through this app, which causes more problems than it serves. As an Egyptian or Arabian online platform, it should provide affordable mental health services. However, if you make a reservation within Egypt and travel elsewhere, the app will prevent you from attending your session, and getting a refund is unlikely. Imagine scheduling a mental health appointment for a friend overseas, only to have the app deny them access. Support asked for more money, despite the circumstances. The psychologist was absent because my friend could not connect. They insisted on paying in the local currency when abroad. It's as if they exploit people's needs and charge exorbitant rates, unlike how things are done in the UK or USA. On top of that, I lost 600 EGP / $30 because of their negligence. Will never use again!! 👎

I have no comment on therapist but I do have on the admin side of the website .they r are fast in reply and am sure there are good team but unfortunately I tried to cancel a session as per their website the request was on time but the agent didn’t explain the process (ie that I have to log in and cancel it not through email only so days after r it wasn’t cancelled and I lost my money )

this is an absolute waste of time and money, I wouldn't suggest anyone to use this platform, they will rip you off and the customer service is awful they barely understand what is going on and not helpful at all and this probably will be taken down by the moderators of this scamming platform but before it goes down, I hope it reaches at least one person and also hopefully don't make the same mistake as I did, I tried to cooperate with the customer support agent but didn't know they only hire people to annoy you with highly sensitive personal question that I tried to provide as safely as possible to avoid any security risks but no it takes more than hour to find a solution to simple problem
