I like the design but kpra should be more good then that....

Eid outfits, just tried in for size. Good quality suits, very nice soft fabric, and very good sizing, fits my son and hubby well. Easy to use website, simple order process & prompt delivery.

Hi I purchased a dress for my daughters birthday 2 weeks ago as it was her birthday yesterday she wore the suit and all the beeds on the suit started falling off straight away. Today I have come to the store to either get it repaired or exchanged I spoke to a manger called meenu she did not know how to handle the situation as I told her I seen the suit online first and then I came to the store to see it in person she said we can't exchange it because it is a sale item. No one told me when I purchased the item as she said it is the whole UK rule sale items are always defaulted lol I would recommend people not to buy anything from shiffonz on Leeds Road bradford as they are robbers.

I got long dress for my daughter for Eid it’s beautiful and the delivery was so quick that was a good thing. I will shop again from them…

Dresses are very beautiful and delivery on time.

The quality and the fitting of the clothes are very good . The clothes are value for money worth it .
Shame that the sizes run out so quickly on some designs .

Product quality was poor and felt the outfit was well overpriced. A refund took over 21 days to receive after returning the outfit to the local store. 21 days... 3 weeks... to get your money back. Extremely poo!

Helpful, speedy service and a beautiful dress which was very reasonably priced for the amount of detail. Arrived in less than 24 hours and I was so grateful because I'd been let down by another company and needed a dress at short notice. I did my due diligence and emailed the store to clarify measurements for a dress I wanted to order for a wedding I have to attend. They messaged back
I ordered the dress
It arrived and it’s too small! I measured the dress and it’s 4 inches smaller. I emailed them. The response came delayed and as i have this wedding I’ve had to take it to a seamstress to see if it can get altered. The inside of the dress is a mess! Literally hacked at the excess material so it can’t be let out.
They’ve since emailed to say I can return the outfit but as I’ve said I bought this for a wedding this week! I didn’t want to go through this and that’s why I emailed them BEFORE I ordered.
Such disregard for customers is disgusting. Never again!

The person on the end of the phone was extremely helpful when my original order got cancelled due to the item being faulty - which was identified by them before they posted it - and I needed to find a similar replacement. She made sure that the new item was in stock and she made sure it was delivered ASAP.
