Ridiculously bad platform
I took the subscription as I thought it would help me but I was so wrong. I would get 1 response daily after sending so many messages. Also the so called career coach always asked me to pay more for every service like to review my cv, LinkedIn and everything. I was led to believe the subscription was $0.42/day. However, after paying, I received a receipt indicating a second upcoming payment that more than doubles the advertised price. Furthermore, the 'Basic' material is extremely elementary; anyone with a small experience will find it redundant. To access anything remotely useful, you are forced to pay hundreds of dollars more. I have already requested a full refund.

I am increasing my rating as Shift responded to my review immediately and refunded the subscription amount. The customer service was impeccable.
The adverts are misleading and suggest the app contains job opportunities which is does not. I didnât receive one email or notification from Shift when I signed up, and they have just taken another $39.99 from my account. I have now cancelled my subscription but am upset there was no reminder or correspondence at all to remind me the payment would be taken or any initial confirmation of an account. This just seems like a money grabbing exercise, targeting people who are out of work. Also it sees impossible to contact them to try and resolve this. No contact email or forms anywhere. I used the bot on the app but that is just for career advice.
