Dear job seekers,
Frankly I can say this Shine is 100% frod and full team is cheaters. I am victim of this Shine on the name of providing job. This is high teck Frod Business.

complete waste of money. paid 70k without any single interview with these jokers. written multiple escalation email but just running from one person to other person

Should not given one star.

TRAP 1: You will get message for paid services at Rs. 540.00- this is for customer call
TRAP 2: You need to pay 3292- Application Booster package: which means you will get call form back end for what you need to do next(Means next payments)
Trap 3: First thing they say SHINE will take care until you get a job . After payment of the invoices the first mail you receive is no guarantee for even interview.
TRAP 4:Now there is no limit for payments: Your card limit is the final: You will get new payment one by one after each successful payment only(Remind this word- Successful payment) They will not inform what is the amount.
TRAP 5: They will say no services will be activated until all the process is completed(Here process means payments).
TRAP 6: No refund at all(This they will not tell until all payments are done) The biggest fraud culture.
TRAP 7: Your details will be shared with third parties and they will followup and ,mail you regarding the same like : COMPUP.io(your education verification), Tetprep training(For some test) Which do not require. ERB Academy.

This is my personal experience.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. After I paid an initial 3300, they immediately began pressured me for more money. They created a fake "hurry" situation, insisting my profile had to be processed "anyhow today," even though it had been sitting idle for a long time before this sudden rush.
When I didn't immediately agree to pay more, the staff became incredibly rude. They told me flat out that if I didn't make the additional purchase, they would not process my profile at all. To make matters worse, they have a strict no-refund policy, meaning they keep your initial money while refusing to do the work unless you keep paying them more.
This feels like a trap where they use your profile as leverage to demand more cash. Please be careful and don't give them your money—you won't get it back, and they will only treat you with disrespect.

I was initially asked about 3300 for the services after which I received another call showing me broad day light dream that since my candidature is very nice I am eligible for a very good job with hefty income.
Then they started telling me about services, upon asking they told me that 3300 is registration after which they first sold me non relevant service.

This 3300 became 20K, after which when i asked for refud they said that there is no refund policy.

they still took me under confidence over call and sold few more services and sid this is for career investment.

they sold me services for around 50K.

I felt like cheated as they never told me about the services before hand.

They are group of scamsters who are stealing your hard earned money in broad daylight.

I just pray that no one else should fall in their trap now.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Shine.com. I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing any of their paid services.

I initially purchased their premium package for ₹3,300 with the expectation of receiving genuine job assistance. However, after making the payment, I started receiving continuous calls and emails urging me to purchase additional services. I was further asked to pay ₹5,100, then ₹8,100, and later ₹12,000. This pattern of repeated payment requests felt highly unprofessional and misleading.

Despite investing my hard-earned money, I did not receive satisfactory services or the promised results. What is even more frustrating is that when I requested a refund, my request was denied. The persistent pressure to make additional payments and the refusal to process a refund have left me feeling cheated and harassed.

This experience appears deceptive and raises serious concerns about the company's practices. I urge job seekers to exercise caution and thoroughly verify all claims before making any payments.

I request Shine.com to:

* Stop the continuous calls and emails demanding additional payments.
* Process my refund at the earliest.
* Improve transparency and customer support.

Until my issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Shine.com to anyone. My experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing.

I had a really bad experience from this portal. They charges high money even they don't provide any service. I have paid the resignation amount after that they asked me for additional charges I asked them it includes everything which you are offering they said Yes no additional charges will be taking I have paid that amount just below that Bill they have attached one more additional charges which was not told by the service provider. When I questioned them it was not informed they started behaving like they have informed me. This is complete fraud site. Having a worst experience.
Need a justice.

This is the worst platform for posting for employment ....
Once we tride to use platform shine we tride to post but they took too much time to give us access and when we said to return our money......they continuously
refused to return our money.... so I would suggest every employer not to use this platform .... It's a fake company.

I had a very bad experience through Shine.com. I was contacted by individuals claiming to offer a job opportunity and was asked to pay money as part of the recruitment process. Trusting the platform, I proceeded, but later realized it was a scam.
I have already filed complaints with the Police and Cyber Crime Department regarding this issue.
I strongly request Shine.com to:
Verify recruiters more strictly
Take action against fraudulent accounts

Within a few hours, I realized I had been misled and immediately requested cancellation, but my refund was denied despite not using any services. The entire process felt highly misleading and non-transparent. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before opting for their premium services.

Yes ,They are fraud! after payment the are sending recommended job of security guard and Civil engineering role. No Options for refund but they will take a extra service of 5200 to improve that.

This is a fraud site and don't pay a single rupee to them.
There are only running the business by duping jobseekers of their hard earned money.

Leave aside job guarantee they don't even have a service of job search, user profile, resume writer, etc.

Shine Job Services are fake , Please dont choose shine fall in their Trap , they make all false Promises that they consultant will call you and fix the Interview.
Consultant will call and Pretends that you need to change your resume and Interview Preparation is required Please pay the money for additional services.
