Customer support is not helpful. Waste of money.

Really disappointed with shine services

Shouldn't have purchased The shine subscription.
They made fake promises but nothing happened so far. It has been around 2 months and i have got 0 reachouts for a suitable role. Free linkedin search is way better. Will never recommend Shine to anyone.

Very cunning people who will make you a fool by paying step by step and the amount will increase on each step. It can reach up to 1 lac. They do not help you find any job. Just snatch money and will go.

Shine is running a Fraud Job Service with the name of Hindustan Times. They scam innocent Job Seekers. What they do --

They will constantly call & send mails to Job Seekers until the candidate falls in the trap by paying something like Rs 3,500/ which they say as onetime payment.

After that, they will ask for more money to subscribe their other Services. They would say without paying further, there will be no assistance in job search. Their demand will keep on increasing, may be up to 20-30 k. Even after paying that amount, there will be zero assistance.

All the negative feedbacks about Shine are very true. There one can find a Relationship Manager named Shalu & her senior Dev. May be their identities are also fake. Be aware of them.

Pl avoid SHINE.COM -- It is total FRAUD, FAKE & SCAM. I would have preferred not to give them even a single star. But without giving minimum a star, I can't post this feedback!

At start they ask for less amount then they will ask for more money. Employees has No sense to talk. Worst experience

Fraud Alert – Fake Jobs and Paid Scam

Shine Job Portal is completely misleading and fraudulent. They lure job seekers by promising quick job placements and then force you to pay for so-called “premium services,” claiming you’ll get a job within a few days.

Once the payment is done, they stop responding, avoid calls, and provide zero support. No interviews, no follow-ups, nothing.

Most importantly, the job postings on their portal are fake. Companies mentioned either don’t exist or have no connection with Shine.

Fraud. I spent almost 1,50,000 and haven't received a single interview call

This is Fraud, they are not cancel their service and no return the money. I am also loses in this scam

This is completely a scam site dont pay even a single penny.
I got a call from Harsh who works at Shine (sales). He promised me to give services with ~3300 for 6 months. I paid. After that while guiding further, now they are asking ~6900. I was never told that there is more payment needed for services.
Its just a scam. They keep asking money, there is no real guidance etc. Dont get fooled. I've already lost money here.

Worst fake service. Based on the information available online, the concerns appear to be completely valid. This service is misleading and raises serious questions about its legitimacy. Initially, I was told that ₹3,675 was the final payment for the ‘Application Booster Package’ for job search. Later, additional services were introduced without explanation, and an extra amount of ₹4,400 is now being demanded without any prior notice. Please dont waste your money there.. i see real-story those who lost more than 50k.

I will increase the rating - i am not going anywhere.
Let me give basic highlights
I got call marketing team told all details he asked to pay 3669/- 6 month plan i paid.
He assigned RM who asked 6500/- which i declined he got upset.
Now key catch here is why he didn't asked total amount in one shot.
RM said if u pay 6500 u will get call else paying 3669 it will be as usual then what is the difference between paid user and unpaid user both looks same.

I took service will wait for +ve response to increase my rating, i will surely do if things get as told.
I am not shine enemy but there is transparency issue which i clearly get to know.

Worst service ever....
High promises of job calls and interview lineup but never turns up post payment.
RM will never connect you unless escation is being made

Fraud & Cheaters are their employees & company. They just call for subscription & once it is done they never pickup the calls. Cheater organisation

Pedí unos platos de color verde de duralex de 19.31 y me han dado otra de 12 platos 36.97.
Las diferencias entre las dos vajillas de doce platos es que en la barata (la que compré yo para completar la mía) es que hay 6 platos llanos y 6 de postre. Pero me han mandado la otra, la cara: un set de 12 piezas: 4 platos llanos, 4 de postre, 4 hondos. que ahora vale 42.99 y yo compré por 36.47. A mí no se me ocurriría en la vida comprar una vajilla de 4 servicios. Ya tengo una algo vieja y quería completarla. Por cierto, he intentado comunicarme con ellos pero no he podido.

Few years back i got my 1st job opportunity via shine since then I am there regular customer

It's been 3 months since I am using there resume highligher services and that worked very well for me I got multiple interview call after that

The worst company I have ever come across. They don’t even answer calls or talk after you pay them. They don’t do anything for your profile. They take payments one by one it is the biggest scam ever. They have scammed 9k from me and want me to pay another 9k now for more disappointment. Make your own profile never trust this company. Prachi was my Rm worst way of talking and kept asking me to pay for services extremely bad clientele approach. Onkar was my point of contact only has made false promises to me.
