The executives calling for purchasing their premium subscription are absolutely bogus and rude. They force to purchase their paid services and when denied they verbally abuse the customer.

worst ever service from any job portal I ever got. You guys took huge amount from me and did even got a single recruiter view ever since I took this service, not even one call.

Not even given issues were fixed. This shows there is nothing wrong with my profile its just your crap platform and money making business.

Such shameful work and platform you guys run with thieves sitting all over the place.

What a worst way to make money and not doing your work.

If I would take this much money from anyone I will ensure that even profile gets some views or connects with recruiters. I feel it's all a made up platform and you guys fool people around.

Shine.com totally fraud company they are highly trend professional to trap the people and cheat him hard earned money, first they demand 3600 INR then 5500 INR then 9300 INR. Never give transparency in first conversation. I request you all professionals & freshers not become foolish with Shine.com.
This is a revelation for all job seeker who want to register in shine.com for job search.
Indian Government should take action against such type platform to save unemployed or employed persons, who are facing these types of situations.
Always be cautious when dealing with such types of online platforms, especially regarding personal and financial information.

I am highly disappointed with the experience I had using Shine.com for job postings, especially considering the urgency of our hiring needs for positions in Cyprus and Bahrain.

Despite clearly informing the Shine team that our interviews were scheduled for 11th July, there was a complete lack of professionalism and urgency. I had to personally follow up around 1:30 PM just to confirm if the job post was even live. Shockingly, no one from the team cared to inform or update me via message or email. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a professional job platform.

To make matters worse, the results were abysmal — we received only one irrelevant application. The visibility, applicant quality, and overall engagement on the post were extremely poor. It clearly shows that there was no monitoring or performance check done from their end after the post went live.

This isn't the first time we've faced such issues with Shine.com. In fact, this seems to be a recurring pattern — lack of accountability, delayed actions, and copy-paste apology emails. It’s evident that there is no seriousness about client expectations, urgency, or service value.

Our time and money have been completely wasted. Shine.com needs to do much better if they expect long-standing clients like us to continue using their services. Right now, it feels like we’re paying for nothing.

Not recommended if you value your hiring timelines, brand image, or basic service quality.

Shine .com is No :1 Fraudsters and they are there only to loot Money & Cheating,
If I have option to rate in Negative, I will rate them as they have Wasted lot of Time & No Results.
On June 4th Mr. Narendra (Fraudster :1)called from Shine.com and informed, if you pay Rs:3657 for registration Premium Service will be Activated and you will get a Job and as i had Earlier Bad Experience with other 2 Companies, I Confirmed is there any Additional Charges after Registration, He told Not Required and Later Mr. Sahu (Fraudster:2) Relation Manager Had a Long chat With me on Next day and informed they have lot of Ready Offers with Shine.com & your Resume ATS Score is 49, We will change all the Documents & after Long & Continuous Discussion He convinced to pay a Small Amount, So that he will process my Job Offer & they have send 3 Different Links for Payment and i Have payed first link & he Informed still more Payments are pending & I payed 2nd Link Also & i got Invoice for both Payments in the name HT(Hindustan Times) Media Ltd and he has Informed me still one more link is Pending, I got Angry and told i am not Ready to Single Rupee, I Had Totally payed Rs:19,395/ (Including Registration in 3 Instalments) and one more Link of Rs:13,569 I have not payed and Every Link the Payment Amount use to Vary(Increase) when you are paying through Credit card , Then He claimed that you will not get Job until you pay the 3rd Link, We will process the Following Services (Application Highlighter, Resume Booster, Resume for Senior Professionals, Education Verification & Employment verification (which Generally Employer will do for Senior resumes after job Selection).
Later 5th June afternoon Ms.Harshita Arya (Fraudster 3) has called & informed don't worry your Services will be taken care and we will Appoint Mr. Mohammed Taiyab (Fraudster 4) as your New Relation ship Manager, Shine.com will not Assure you for any Job but We will share with top 1000 Recruiters & you will get a call for the Job & on 6th also no further Development & i have send a Mail Again to Ms.Harshita and she Spoken to me and Dramatically They were sending me so many links & Applications to fill & they will share only their Landline & they will never pick when you have doubts and same day I have received Mail from Hirasure to send few Documents & fill online Applications for Employement verification & Education Verification and i have filled and send, One Person called for Resume Modification & taken data, Until 10th June Mr. Mohammed Taiyab relation ship Manager never bothered to contact me & again i have send a Mail & Mr. Harshita Replied on 11th June As per the Concern our team will connect as soon as Possible, Great Mohammed has Contacted me on 11th June (after 8days of my Payment)where in today Govt offices response is Much Better ,Lot of Unnecessary Discussions & they have Huge Manpower to Confuse you & today is 38th Day Ultimately nothing happened only they have given one Negotiation Module which is of No Use and Modified resume where in Initial ATS Score is 42 lesser than my Earlier resume Score 49 & they have modified & ATS score was Showing 92 & Unfortunately when i checked with other sources their ATS Score is 56.
They have cheated by Telling your Application Highlighter & Resume Booster has been shared with top 1000 Recruiters and yours Resume will display on top and they are rude when you question them and they will try to Convince that every thing they have done for Job, But I am Getting lot of Calls from other Fraud Recruiters Claiming for Money to Process my resume, I feel Shine.com is having Connections with this Fraudsters and Collecting Percentage for the Jobs Scam Collection done by Other Fraud recruiters.
This is an eye opener for all job seeker who want to register in shine.com for job search.
By god sake also don't Endorse with these Fraudsters

First time they taken payment of Rs. 3380 for getting premium service.
Second time they have taken payment of Rs. 4673 for educational verification.
Again they are demanding payment of Rs. 9556 for employment verification.
For the first time they only demanded payment of Rs.3380 for getting premium service.
Total I paid Rs.8053 in that they will only highlight my resume to the recruiters whom i will choose also one of their attached agency will verify my highest education which has no use.

Indian Govt. must take some step to save unemployed persons, who are struggling and facing these type of situations.

After getting single payment they are also talking rudely because they know that now you are trapped and not in a situation to leave.

I had never updated my resume or profile in this shitty company. Yesterday i thought i will give it a shot but i never thought these are ************. I have been getting constant calls from various number including whats app. I cant understand why these *********** shit heads cannot understand the word NO NO. Worst part is that they just waste your time and talk professionally about the million job offers available at double what you ask for and what you are looking for then they drop the ball by stating pay money in advance. Why the ********* cant you just say you want money. If you are so desperate then go and beg on the streets. You will earn more then this shitty fraud

total fraud company, dont ever connect with any of these people , dont pay any money for what so ever , ask for job or interview confirmation first, attend interview with the company , only then pay, dont pay anything upfront, if you pay, they will keep making you pay, until your bank account is empty and then a big kick on your bum . beware

Shine.com is big fraud company saying as job assurance. Firstly i have been called continuously by one agent Rishita after receiving, she started will assist you best services, but have pay registration fee, i agreed to pay as I need to change my job, after paying money, on agent name vicky goel started smoothly, that have pay 17k to get the services in two break ups 7 k and 10 k, I paid 7 k, he started saying you have to pay total money or whole thing goes waste and I will not be assured of getting recruiter calls. This is a game, again I called to Rishita exec, she said will update to Vicky goel, he called me again and demanded to pay 10 k or else no hopes.
People come with hopes on jobs, but this company will play with lives. We should ban this company and post in all social media. Friends don't fall in this trap.

Shine.com is a big fraud company, they have initially told me to pay 3292 rupees for subscription then one guy named Rohit called me and said that for some background verification I need to pay more money to get shortlisted, they have emailed me the amount 4592 rupees after paying that they sent me another email for more 9600 rupees, I stopped there sensing that they are big fraud. Now I am making a police complaint against them.

Got a call to purchase their premium services but none are activated until you make the payment for their next service, they don't disclose their complete services, just keep on insisting you purchase or else none of the services will be offered. DO NOT Fall Into thier trap. I lost almost 35,000 for nothing. DID NOT GET A SINGLE CALL FROM ANY RECRUITERS.

Iam really disappointed with their service. They keep no promise for what they do. I have paid them money and receive services not even for 10% amount. I request people not to trust and do read instruction/policies before you do any kind of transactions. In one telephonic call of almost 1hr 45 mins I have done almost 35k in breaks one after the other. I do have all invoices but of no use.

Believe me never ever subscribe or pick there calls. They first call you and offer you 1 year service in only 3000/- and tell you that you will definitely get a job within two weeks. Once you pay this amount in few hours one person(Mr. Shiva) from tech team will call and ask you about all your experience details. He also convey me that you don’t need to worry about your job we will take care about everything(job hunting and all) and you will feel ohh wow.

Then fun part starts because he will ask first to complete the formalities immediately in a call only and i.e verification process. He will not say the amount even you will ask also, you will get a reply that finance team is handling that and you will get a mail to pay around 5000/- again for document verification. Again you will get a mail stating that employment verification and pay again 10000/-. And here also it won’t stop again you will get a mail for resume booster and you have to pay around 15000/-.

And in whole process you will be in call and worst part is they will not say at starting that you have to pay this amount overall. When one payment is done then they will say for another payment and when that is done then they will say for another payment.

When i was not okay to pay for resume booster they told me that i will not get any job and kindly drop shine.com a mail stating that loosing job is my responsibility as my resume score is lesser than expected. And they want resume score only from resumeworded.com.

When i told to use my resume and i don’t need resume booster service they were like you can pay in EMI. I told directly i don’t have money then they were forcing me to pay or you will not get a job. His way of talking changed sudden and when i asked for refund they told shine.com wont provide any refund. Even though after aruguing and telling them that you people are doing fraud and looting money from customers, his way of attitude didn’t change ans they were still trying to convince me to pay otherwise they will not provide me job service.

In middle one woman senior level joined call and she was trying to convince me that Shiva is handling director level people and if you take this service then only you will get job.

I am going to sue these company shine.com for making customers fool and looting money.

I wish I read reviews before we spent so much money on their «services”
Before the payment sales people work extremely well. Once received payment they just disappeared, keep promising to call but never do, set online meeting but nobody ever appear. I’m surprised that they are still working and not permanently shut down

Shine claims part of Hindustan Times Group… Such a high value reputed name cheating a retired person promising to guaranteed job in 15 Days and charged Rs.3,657/- on 20th June 2025 after one day received a call again from Shine demanding for further Rs.5,000/- for getting a Job. I asked the representative as your company has promised me to get a guaranteed job in 15 days with special guiding representative, why are you asking money again? He says the representative does not know the Shine process. See the fun of cheating people.

Insistingly the call received no below though they receive the call they Say person is not there he will call you back.

Sir please do not cheat people loosing their expectation and your company value of Market. Be sincere and value to the hard earned money you take, Your existence in Market will get diluted and finished if you continue this way.

When you charge money give the service as promised 15 Days Job Guarantee. As you have not done anything but cheating with me and looks to Many other innocent people , suggest to pay me back the money you have taken . Thank you in advance for spending your valuable time reading this dissatisfied Msg and correcting your mistake getting me a job as promised . If your promised commitment is not fulfilled I will lodge a Cyber complain and consumer court as well.

It's a fraud company. Shine.com will send emails to job applicants informing them on the prospective jobs available. This is ploy so as to coerce the applicants to pay for subscription and for making resume. Be careful do not fall on this trap.

This 'company' capitalizes on jobseekers' desperation, and that is ALL they do. No real service, just aggressive marketing of false promises. Genuinely - someone call the police.

This is my genuine feedback and review of the Shine.com services.

Don't fall into their trap. They kept asking for money for their services and sent payment links. It is a scam. Better you search for a job by yourself and don't approach them.
