The new equipment arrived quickly and completely. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I did extensive research before buying this rack as I was not sure that it would fit on my car but it ticks all boxes. It fits perfectly on my RAV4 hitch (regular 2inch), which was my main concern.
I don't have to lift 4 bikes for loading & unloading, thanks to the tilting feature. I had used cheaper racks but was always nervous about safety. Shingleback is very secure and I'm very happy with it.

Great rack - I had some issues assembling it but once put together we’re very happy with the product.

The staff at shingleback were so accommodating with the purchase of our 5 bike rack we visited the office to see the racks so we knew what we were purchasing, they were a real pleasure to deal with. We were so impressed with the product we also purchased a dolly and another bike rack.
