Verification issue
I was having issues with the verification process and I emailed support my problem was resolved really fast and I am so thankful for that as I am on a new business journey and really needed to get my items shipped out to my customers!
THIEVES
These people, shi+.com, charged my bank account $380 and NEVER shipped anything! I originally paid $50 for a pre paid shipping label and dropped my package off at USPS. The next day, I had to go pick up my package from the post office due to not enough postage paid for on my pre paid label. Not only did they NOT refund the $50, they then about a week later charged me an ADDITIONAL $380 claiming the package was delivered!!! They claim the package was delivered, post office charged them and now I owe them 380 bucks....total scammers, all they do is sell pre paid labels!!! Do NOT use and do NOT give them your bank information!!!!

You have to create an account just to see what shipping costs will be. And after checking it out, their shipping costs are the same as ebay. They are high. They also don't offer media mail even though I was specifically looking for media mail. There are much cheaper services out there.

when reloading my account as I have done many times before, ship.com charged my account 5 times but never credited my account. I am out $125 dollars with no shipping credits. I will be looking into switching shipping services. On top of all that the email I received from a customer service rep told me I wasn't charged even though i have a bank print out and email confirmations stating I was. She was most UNHELPFUL. Dont use ship .com if this is the service you get. I have been waiting 8 hours for a response back.

They suck they was taking money from me even after I canceled my 3 day trial period. So I’d advise you to contact them to make sure they got the cancellation because I don’t check bank statements and they’ve been charging me since May and telling me they can’t issue me a refund that’s BULLSHIT

When I had a missing package I was not sure what to do so I emailed Ship.com They responded to my email very quickly and explained to me who to contact (USPS) and gave me the website. The information I was given really got the ball rolling My package was located and is arriving today. I really appreciate helpful people. Thank you

I've been using ship.com since March of 2023 and I've used it since then multiple times a week. I love how easy it's is to use. Anytime I reach out if I have a question about anything I always get a response back within a reasonable amount of time..

Order order to order that says was claim never got shopped never got delivered call 20 minutes after order was supposed to be delivered and they just asked me if I wanted to reschedule it and then just apologized and that was it that's terrible customer service terrible in general.

Efficient and time saving tool!
I've been using ship.com to ship all my online boutique orders for a few years now. I love that it's integrated with my invoicing system so that when an invoice is paid I can simply click to purchase postage and ship it. It's also really simple to give someone a custom quote for shipping if needed.
