Aarti was the receiving agent for my shipment. Her communications were good and she was responsive to my (many) questions.
If I ship from the UK, I would definitely contact Aarti as the first option...

I been using this company for the past 3 years and I only have good things to say about them. Very professional staff and willing to help all the time, especially Nikki. She’s always there anytime I have a question or needed a quote. So if you’re looking for a company that will working on your behalf, don’t look further.

They delivered a terrible service. I first used them back in 2022, arranged them to collect the car from my house and have it shipped overseas. It went fine and I was happy with their service. So, I decided to do it again in October 2024, They arranged a collection service from my home, as well as shipping the car abroad, but this time it didn't go as planned. The car arrived at the destination country with damages to the tailgate electric boot straps, the electric arms which open and shut the boot door, and the broken pieces were just left inside the boot. The port security staff had to hold the boot door manually to inspect inside the car (they have photos of it). When, the car was collected from my address in UK by the collection agent after inspection, there was no issues, and it driven to the port, and after 4 days it was loaded to a carrier ship, which the ShipCars had also arranged. I am pretty sure that the UK Customs did inspect the inside the car as a regulation, to insure nothing illegal is loaded. Anyway, when the car arrived in the destination country and the damage was noticed, I contacted ShipCars and notified them with more pictures, but they refused to accept the fault and so far nothing has happened and have blamed the collection and the shipping company, which they arranged. It cost me just under £1000 to ship it abroad, and similar amount to bring it back to UK, and with the repair cost by the authorised dealer, I have been out of pocket at no fault of mine, and the car is back to the starting point. I wasn't able to drive the car for months, while the useless communication with ShipCar to resolve the problem was ongoing, and I was unable to use the cars for months, since the boot door could not be locked and it was a high risk to leave it on the public road or any where. Surely, they are responsible for safely collection the car from my address (as they claimed by their arranged insured driver), and having shipped it to the collection port at the destination port. This is an unacceptable service, and I will never again use this company, or recommend it to anyone else. Just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you are the one to lose out.

I decided to ship my car to another country from Scotland and ShipCar helped me with that. They found a driver who picked my car up from home. As it was my first experience manager was answering to all my questions. Now the car is at the port and I am waiting for it in Cyprus.

Used ShipCars to transfer my 1975 vehicle from London to Athens with transportation of the vehicle to the UK port. Aarti who has helped me along the way was extremely kind, helpful and professional. Possibly one of the best customer experiences I 've had. She provided all the necessary information needed for the process in time and gave immediate updates when required.

Every things were perfect. Communication was excellent

I drove my car abroad and got it back to UK on a ship. Ship Cars did my customs clearance, container release from the shipping company, unloading and all the necessary paperwork. This involved CPD Carnet processing. I got regular updates and it was all done very smoothly without any issues. I would recommend this team for any such needs that you may have.

I wanted to send my car from England to Turkey for the first time. Nikki and Aarti always assisted me with the process, and I’m very grateful to both of them. Despite a misunderstanding during the car pick-up process in Cardiff, they explained everything, and they took care of all the details even though I wasn’t there.
