Every things were perfect. Communication was excellent

I drove my car abroad and got it back to UK on a ship. Ship Cars did my customs clearance, container release from the shipping company, unloading and all the necessary paperwork. This involved CPD Carnet processing. I got regular updates and it was all done very smoothly without any issues. I would recommend this team for any such needs that you may have.

I wanted to send my car from England to Turkey for the first time. Nikki and Aarti always assisted me with the process, and I’m very grateful to both of them. Despite a misunderstanding during the car pick-up process in Cardiff, they explained everything, and they took care of all the details even though I wasn’t there. I received my car without any issues, and I hope to work with them again for my future car transfers.I would like to thank Aarti and the entire team again.

The service at Ship Cars Ltd was excellent from start to finish. I sent 3 cars with them from the UK to Australia and everything went very smoothly and they each arrived in the same condition as when they left the UK. Alec and the team were very responsive to queries and providing guidance along the way. i would definitely recommend them for your o/seas transport/shipping requirements.

My experience was great .. They are very helpful and respond very fast for our all requested.

When I first purchased my place on the vessel (name: Coral Leader) I was told there was an availability on the 16 of June. I left my car in Port Bury on 11th of June. I was told my car will be in Turkey between 3 or 4 of July. With that date in mind I booked me and my family plane ticket to Turkey for the 27th of June. On the 1st of July, I called the company regarding the exact arrival date (and where i have to pick up the car). I was told my car was still in Port Bury. Ifthey told me my car wasn't on that vessel (for the departure day on the 16), if I had been informed about the failure to send off my car I could have found another solution, hell I would have even drove to Turkey.
I was neglected and uninformed in every stage of this service. They destroyed my family holiday. Cost me lots of money. I will never use this company again.
