Amazing customer service! My LV shoes were ruined beyond repair and they done magic on my shoes. They are always communicating and if you ever have any questions they are always happy to answer. Overall, 10/10 service from them and would do it over and over again with them. Thank you ShoeLab:)

Had the most horrendous experience, still to this day it has never been resolved.

I sent a pair of white canvas trainers, they were worth around £550. As they were canvas I wanted to use what I thought was a professional company to clean them to limit any chance of damage.

The first time I received them back which took several months, were wet upon arrival, covered in orange water stain marks and worst of all the fabric on the heel of the shoe had been torn. It looked as if the item had been rubbed with something abrasive and caused the canvas to tear. When I showed them pictures of how I sent them, they still denied it was them.

I sent them back to be repaired and to try and remove the water damage, stains and tear. Only to chase for months and months for them to ultimately tell me they can’t repair the damage and it wasn’t them. So they said the best they can do is clean them again, apparently they cleaned them again and the same thing happened they turned up soaking wet within the packaging and covered in orange water stains. I spent months and months nearly a year chasing them for an answer and a refund. I have never received anything back and I have lost £550 pair of trainers plus the price of having the work done which was over £100.

I would highly recommend staying away! You run the risk of damaging high quality and expensive items

Very happy with the service I received from ShoeLab. I sent a pair of Chloe espadrilles which had gotten worn looking and the sole had become detached. They were fully repaired and cleaned to a high standard. I also sent a pair of Gucci princetown mules which had damage to the leather and staining, again they were repaired and both pairs of shoes now look like new. Would definitely recommend ShoeLab.

Absolutely amazing service from Shoelab. They’ve cleaned up my shoes to look as new and can’t wait to wear them again. The attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. Highly recommend Shoelab to anyone looking to refresh their footwear - worth every penny.

Had a pair of Alexander McQueen Court trainers cleaned/repaired and also some paintwork done to them as they got that bad I stopped wearing them, now back good as new ready to wear again, took a little longer then expected but was over Christmas and can appreciate the work that has to go into them, I'm happy with the service i received I have now sent some Christian Louboutin Happyrui trainers to be cleaned 👟🧼

Really good communication from theses guys. Shoes were worse than I'd described so they talked me through how much certain things e.g. glue work would cost and guided me through with pictures. The shoes look brand new. It's a no brainer!

Absolutely terrible service. I sent my step-mums wedding shoes off to Shoe Lab I. October to be cleaned and repaired for her as a Christmas present.

I chased multiple times and was assured they’d be returned in plenty of time for Christmas. A week before Christmas I chased again and was again assured they’d shoes would be back with me “before the weekend” in time for Christmas.

It is now the 15th January and I STILL don’t have my shoes back. I have paid over £140 for this service and they are now ignoring my communications.

My next step will be to report them to the police for fraud and theft of my property.

Absolutely disgusting service, avoid at all costs.

I reached out to the shoe lab when i made the mistake of putting my D&G trainers in the washing machine which lead to the dark purple dye running onto the rest of the shoes! Once the shoes had been assessed at The Shoe lab I was told that the shoes will need to be re- dyed due to the stubbornness of the current dye. The shoe lab have totally transformed my trainers and made them wearable again! This did cost £147 which I think is quite pricey but I understand this would have taken a lot of time and am glad I am able to wear my trainers again!! Thank you !!

If I could give this company no stars I would have! I used Shoe Lab back in August to repair 2 of my designer shoes, one being sliders 2 bring pair of Burberry trainers. Paint on the Burberry sliders had something stained on the badge, I was quoted £100! Which I refused. My Burberry trainers I knew needed some work as I had scraped the soles and some of the paint so when paint work and glue work was advised, I approved which has cost me £180. Photos were supplied but not of the rear of the trainers, as I received my trainers back, letters were hanging off and one letter missing. I have been going back & forth with this company since 3rd December, denying any liability saying that the letter was not on when received. After multi emails and messages through Instagram I was advised that they will try resolve by sourcing a letter from somewhere, I was contacted on the 16th December to advise they have managed to source a letter but await delivery, we are now 5th of January and I’m still waiting resolution and chasing updates which nothing other than either ‘no update’ or being ignored. This is disgraceful, I’ve never dealt with anything like this before and tried to liaise with the company to avoid such a lengthy review or taking this incident further. This isn’t the first time this has happened either from the looks of previous reviews. My trainers are now ruined and unwearable! This company should be closed down treating customers this way.

Took a family members uggs into the guys to try and bring them back to life. Cleaned and protected perfectly. Service was great! They turned them round very quickly at a busy Christmas period.

Top service, got my shoes back to life they had a big scuff on the toe rectified.

Clean and paint work was also 10/10, recommend.

Turned my old and tatty trainers back to their original condition.
Took longer than expected but worth the wait. Would recommend and use again.

ShoeLab cleaned and repaired my Puma McQueen trainers with absolute care and attention. I expected some residual dirt stains, but the results are amazing. As clean as new. They repaired the glued edges for an extra charge.

I recently used Shoe Lab UK to repair a few of my worn-out trainers. While the shoes did come back looking cleaner and somewhat refreshed, the overall experience was mixed. The initial communication was promising but became inconsistent over time. The process took over two weeks, and despite the shoes being cleaner, there was noticeable discoloration that wasn't there before. Given the price and communication issues, the service was acceptable but could use improvement.

Amazing service, the team are always so fast with replying and updates. The shoes came back as if brand new! Used these guys 5 times for shoe cleaning and bag cleaning and I always get so excited for my return delivery to see how perfect they come back. Thanks guys would highly recommend!

Awful service. Do not trust ShoeLab with your custom! Sent off a pair of very expensive heels for a small heel tip repair and they were received back even worse and now are completely ruined. Refused me a refund until I sent them back to repair them for a second time and they came back tacky and worse than the first time. Would never use them again! My heels are ruined!!

Absolutely perfect company for great results on your trainers. My Valentino trainers was about ready for the bin but shoe lab worked great stuff on getting them back to pretty much brand new. Top service always keeping me updated and also a very fair price for what they do

Shoes ruined, and no refund.
After very poor communication, shoes utterly destroyed, there has been no apology and no refund despite them sending back shoes completely unwearable without any acknowledgement. Still not received any rectification of this, almost 2 months down the line. SO disappointed in this service. Not a company I would ever be recommending for anyone to use.
