These are very sentimental to me as she wore them at our wedding so to have this anxiety about what happened to them and no response from Shoelab so very disappointing.

Aside from transforming my beloved Givenchy White Sneakers back to brand new multiple times, and my brothers Gucci Ace Sneakers they consistently update you and provide a very detailed description of all the issues and how they can rectify them And best of all is the feeling you get when you open that Shoe Lab box after your shoes have been pampered by them. Always in awe!
Knowing Shoe Lab have my back, Iâm comfortably wearing all of my shoes in any weather conditions because of I mess them up Shoe Lab will transform them back to new.
Most importantly for me is their customer service, always there to support customers in a friendly and sincere way. I needed advice and Shoe Lab were there for me.
Good but not amazing
Sent two pairs of Veja trainers which were pretty worn out. Initially the communication was good but it very quickly dropped off and eventually took over two weeks . They offered various 'extras' at a high price, all of which I declined. To be fair they did come back looking and smelling cleaner, there is now discoloration on the toe of one pair though which wasn't there before.
Overall good but for the price and poor communication probably not worth it.

sent my D&G Daymaster trainers to be cleaned on the 2nd of July. During the process I were asked if I wanted to pay extra for repainting and glueing which I declined. The trainers were returned to me on the 24th of July and straight away I noticed the letter on the heel of the trainer from the logo was missing. I notified them straight away and had sent pictures prior to the clean which clearly showed the letter in place but the company are not taking any responsibility. I have been trying to get somewhere with them for over a month and still nothing. The trainers were £650 and have decreased in value significantly given the missing letter. I would have at least expected some sort of compensation or to be reimbursed. Surely a company who handles luxury goods has insurance for damages? Itâs a joke. I keep being promised updates and donât hear back until I chase and chase and even then I get no clarity. I posted this review last week and was asked to remove it and they would, their words âI will fully take on board and accept your review if I canât solve this in 7 days and I ask you give me 7 days to do so. Please can the review be removed and if in 7 days itâs not resolved we will accept it will be re postedâ itâs been longer than 7 days and still no solution has been offered and I had to chase and update again. Apparently they are trying to sell the trainers for me on a reselling platform and have been offered £75. £75 for a £650 pair of trainers. Time to cut my losses now. I donât expect anything from this company anymore and if you thinking of using them for anything thatâs of any value I would avoid completely!

I just received two pairs of leather boots back, I thought they was too far gone to repair, all of the heels was scuffed on them, well when I opened the box they looked as if they was brand new. I sent two pairs of Arigatos in as they were on their last legs, hoping for a touch up and for them to feel comfortable and pillowy to walk in again. The team at Shoe Lab went the extra mile, and now the shoes look and feel brand new! I couldn't be happier, especially as it's saved me £500+ on two new pairs.
Outstanding Service
Must say the customer service is definitely 10/10. I had a couple questions before ordering a clean for my sambas and they were so responsive and extremely helpful with their replies. I also really appreciate the constant updates as to what stage they were at with the clean. Furthermore, the shoes themselves look brand new and you can clearly see that a lot of care and thought was taken when repackaging the shoes. I will definitely be using again!

Ok but requires improvement
The end result of my Balenciaga trainers was ok. Slight stain still visible but trainers did smell fresh and I was pleased with the retouches of glueing and stitching. Iâve had the trainers 3 years, they have been worn a lot so for me it was to see what could be done.
In terms of how shoe lab conduct themselves as a business and from a customer service perspective could be improved upon. Especially as the result as I say of the clean was ok. - Iâd suggest extending the turnaround time specified to avoid further complaints. - I would not be adding return postage on as an additional fee after youâve paid for the initial clean include it in the initial cost if necessary. - In terms of repairs which they assess at the time of cleaning again if rough approximations could be listed/and or you be given a price beforehand based on pictures for example.
Additionally shouldnât need to chase up when x, y and z will be completed. The customer service should be there particularly when youâve paid for extra services.
I had considered sending another pair of trainers but given I know how extensive the repairs would be on these and not knowing an approximation in advance, Iâm reluctant to do so.
