Overall process is much longer than others services I have used. I didn't appreciate the suggestion for glue work and new laces which I declined.
The trainers were brand new and unfortunately got muddy on first wear.
When I received them back their was nothing that required glue work and my laces were in perfect condition.
Had I agreed I would have paid out an extra £15 for no reason.
The clean was okay I could still see dirty on the soles which I cleaned again myself. They didn't take with the suede which is quite annoying visible signs of where they have over scrubbed with a brush.

Not happy with the lack on context around what’s incorporated within the price that’s quoted, on top of one of the pair of trainers that had came back didn’t look great & the laces had been changed from white to grey & look terrible.

Chased 3 times for a reply over a 3 week period & no response!

I sent in my exclusive pair based on reviews from a sole supplier group. While it did take longer to repair and clean than advised I was overall happy with my shoes and would use them again.

Brilliant service, got my shoes back looks basically brand new.

Trainers come back looking brand new

My very shabby Louis Vuitton trainers have been totally transformed! Not sure how they’ve managed to conceal the scuffs so invisibly, but I’m super happy with the job. They really did go above and beyond to repair them so beautifully. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I used Show lab to refresh My Valentino’s!! They advised me all the way through and I have ended up with an amazing result! You can trust them fully with everything and I can recommend them highly enough! Roddy

Fantastic service, extremely impressed with the condition of my trainers. Box fresh and like new again. Would recommend whole heartedly and will be sending more to be cleaned.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy the service has been horrendous they charged me £200 to fix my Jordans when I got them back tried to put them on and they fell apart

I then asked for compensation I.e refund of some sort I was told it doesn't work like that and they would need to see if they can rectify it, I sent shoes back was then told 7 days max for repair for inconvenience it's now been 10 days and they are now ignoring my messages

Don't know if I'll see my trainers again so take my advice and go elsewhere to top it off I've never dealt with a company with such poor customer service they will literally ignore your messages

Amazing worth Every penny I had a pair of Lv trainers I stopped wearing them as they looked worn of sent them to Shoe lab got a brand new pair back . It amazing the work the do .if you do have designer shoes that gone dirty send it to shoe lab ❤️

Worse company I’ve had dealings with. If you’re reading this thinking of using them, go elsewhere. The clean up of my shoes was ok but everything else from the company was very poor. Overall took just under 2 months for the shoes to come back. Next to no contact from them even with me chasing on multiple platforms. There was a good few points where I just thought I’d been scammed and would never see the shoes again. Shocking service, would never go anywhere near again and would highly recommend anyone else to go elsewhere.

This is the worst company avoid do not use this company. I sent my trainers for a repair and clean and they added loads of additional charges. In the end lost £350 worth of trainers

Shoe lab did an excellent job restoring my Dior trainers. I never thought they would come back to life again. However shoe lab saved them.

Scammers do not use lost my trainers and not doing anything about it still have my sons trainers and no responses very very poor service would not recommend at all lost £1000 pair of my shoes

Sent in my white leather Valentino’s that had quite a bit of wear and tear to be fair .. I did think I could just get away with a premium clean but they were past that. Darren sent pictures of them after the clean and we agreed they did need a repaint and fresh laces. They look amazing I’m very pleased I wanted a quick turnaround and received my trainers back in 7 days. Communication was good. I would use again
