Cheap nasty smelling perfume, some of the ladies on here giving it 5 stars forget that they use their full names, a quick search on Facebook and there they are an FM rep selling cheap nasty products!!!!

After just one use I came out in an awful reaction. Perfume basically burnt my skin. Gave feedback and got a very un sympathetic response. Terrible company. Having spoken to friends I have found out two more also has same reaction, ones skin actually blistered.

Saw a post from a Sharnna Warren looking for people to join as a rep. When I politely asked questions about how to works etc and took a look at the product brochure I was shocked to see they are selling unknown products at £60+ for full size.
I politely told her I don’t think people would purchase and she was extremely rude, telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about, so rude! Sharnna Warren unlucky, I’m definitely not joining now.

My daughter whose a young mum, wanted to give this business a try, but the agent who supposed to support her, was very unsupportive when she changed her mind, as she felt uncomfortable to buy a product at 40 odd pound and then expecting her to sell it at 90 pounds, baring in mind, they claim all products smell like the genuine item, when the fact is they don't even smell similar, so be careful of pushy reps

Have used FM for some years and been delighted however my usual source moved away and gave up doing it. My new contact seemed ok albeit a bit hit and Miss with timing of orders. I bought and paid for two fragrances in 15th December 2022 and as of 20th March 2023 I am no nearer getting them. Although I had the invoice number from the rep FM wanted the confirmation order number which the rep had deleted. I sent the reps account number and all my details but they still will not entertain honouring my order despite the fact this was supposed to have been sent direct to me. I have spent a fortune with them but this experience has certainly soured my opinion and would be reluctant to ever use them again.

As a former seller, I can tell you first hand exactly what its about.
First of all, the products are a load of rubbish, they're expensive with poor quality. Some of the perfumes I must admit are nice, but every single one of them smells nothing like the original. I was actually embarrassed to get such bad feedback from every perfume I sold. Secondly, the price the seller charges you for a product is not how much they pay for it, for example, they will tell you a Perfume is £30, but they actually only pay £19 for it, this is where they get their profit from. Practically stealing. Thirdly, if you are recruited because "they want to help you make money", this is also rubbish. A seller recruits because every sale you make, it also makes them money. The more recruits you have = the more money you make and the less work you have to do. Every product you sell gives you points which is where you earn your commission from. The first level is 3%, to get to 3% you have to earn atleast a certain amount of points (which is alot) and you only get about £2, so all the effort you put in to sell some products is not even worth it. They push you to private message people constantly and pretty much force them to buy off you, I'm sorry but there is only so much perfume one person is going to buy off you, and same with the slimming products and makeup. Also, the delivery cost is £6 which they will add to the product cost, so you think £30 is so good for a knock off perfume, but in reality it's worth £19 plus £6 postage, and they will add a bit extra on to get profit. A seller can sell a product at any price they like as long as its above the cost price.
Basically, don't buy from fm and don't be a seller for FM. I didn't make hardly any money from doing it, how these girls claim they got a car and a free holiday from them is beyond me, and this is where recruiting people helps them get there. You literally have to sell 100 products daily each month to get anywhere, which is impossible. Your level also resets each month so then you have to start all over again. I think they lie about a lot of stuff they get. I wouldn't say it's a scam because you can earn money if you work really hard from it, but realistically, who can actually sell 100 products a day and has the time to talk to people all the hours of the day to sell crap products.
Please don't use them, if you want to use an MLM company go to body shop, atleast they have a physical shop you can go in to and try before you buy!

Bought a perfume (on offer with others) at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. Recipient found the bottle faulty in that it wouldn't spray. Contacted FM but due to the query being just
outside their 30 day rule, they flatly refused to replace the item or even repair it. I pointed out that, in the UK, a customer can return a faulty product for repair or replacement up to SIX months after purchase. I did not request a refund just a repair or replacement. However, the customer service agent I had the displeasure of dealing with was truly rude and unprofessional.

Bought an expensive perfume and the bottle stopped spraying after only a few uses. I emailed customer care and was informed that this is somehow “not a manufacturing issue” and they would only consider faulty bottles if they’re faulty straight out of the box.
Really disappointed with the customer care received, they obviously don’t care about the quality of their products as long as you’ve already spent your money

Avoid Sharnna Warren. She recruits for a Scam company preying on the desperate people in society who need money. Ask yourself one question. If it’s so legit then why don’t they pay a salary or holiday and sick pay. They just want to recruit you and force you to prey on your friends and family to then recruit and sell to them. If their products are so good then they’d operate like a normal company.

Parfums ver van wat er beloofd wordt.
Geur klopt niet geheel. En na uurtje is die vervlogen.
Beter uitkijken naar andere clone merken. Afnan, Al Haramain, Lattafa,....

Scam. Be very careful.

I have been using fm pertumes for 3 years now, I think they are wonderful, I have been stopped a few times now asking what I am using. The smell lasts all day specially the pure royal, the smell is pretty much the same as you buy in high end stores. I compare the smells all the time

I’ve been using the perfumes for years & absolutely love them! I’m happy to buy them as gifts for friends & family!! The smell lasts just as long as the designer brands if not better!

Absolutely gorgeous fragrances never been disappointed by one yet. Also love the candles, diffusers, make up, wax melts… you name it FM is one of the top 10 leading fragrance and cosmetics company in the whole world and you can definitely tell 😍

MLM Network Marketing Company. Pyramid scheme. There’s no money to be made in this company and all the other MLM Network Marketing Company’s. People are been taken for fools. These company’s wouldn’t be long emptying out your bank account. All these company’s should be banned. They’re lethal. Avoid at all costs.

Just ordered a tom ford copy lost cherry and an alien copy. Not remotely like either fragrances I will never buy again. Smells like pound shop perfume and that's being polite

I have been buying FM for a few years and I would definitely recommend it. They're perfumes smell just like the real brands. 900 and 20 are my 2 favourites.

Truly don’t recommend!!! I have sent perfume for refund because they didn’t smell at all… the sales consultant very rude and unprofessional. I never received my refund back!!!! The costumer service keep telling me the refund been made, the sales consultant never received any money. Shame !!!

Stay away from this company!!

Word heel anders aangeboden door de distributeur dan wat je krijgt. Ze misleiden door originele verpakkingen te laten zien. Ook krijg je geen reactie als je je geld terug wilt. NIET doen dus

I paid for perfume 3 months ago from a local rep and still not had it. I discovered she has been taking money and not supplying the perfume since July 2022. FM are not responding to mine of other disatisfied customers emails. How can they allow people to trade under logo etc when they are stealing peoples money. Avoid Sammie Lockett in the wirral/chester area
