I’m really sorry to hear about your bad experience—waiting that long when you were expecting express delivery is understandably very frustrating! I can assure you that this isn’t the experience we want for our customers.

We did ship your order via Express service, but unfortunately, due to the ongoing tariff situation and related trade restrictions between the US and Canada, some parcels are facing unexpected delays at customs – and your parcel seems to be one of them :-/ While this is beyond our direct control, I completely understand how disappointing this is for you.
