They stole $130 from me and never sent product. It has been 7 months.

Horrible customer service. In fact, there is no customer service. When you reach out with a concern, you get a ChatGPT response. I ordered something almost 5 months ago and it’s nowhere to be found. These people clearly are stealing money from American people. Lock them up. I've been scammed. I truly don't recommend this company.

Zero Star for this scammer. Zero communication.I pre-ordered shorts several months ago and paid nearly $100 and never got them nor did he notify me.

Horrible customer service. I made a pre-order back in April 2024 and they have never responded to my inquiries. I spent over $50 and have have received no merchandise and they refuse to answer any of my inquiries whether I use the chatbot or the customer service email. They probably won't respond to this either. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Love their shorts. However the customer service is worse than ever. Placed an order 3 weeks ago for two items that show in stock (and still do). Nothing has happened and no response when I try to ask what’s up. Items and shipping paid for. If I ever get them, it will be my last time. Too bad.

Non-existent customer service. That's especially an issue when your last two orders were incorrect and no one ever responds.
This business is a scam.

Vorsicht vor diesem Shop. Ware hält in keinster Weise das Versprechen eines unkaputbaren Hundespielzeugs. Kommunikation ist nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Das Spielzeug ist Polyestermüll, die Ware aus China, ein Impressum und genaue Angaben zum Produkt auf den verschiedenen Hompages, die es anbieten, fehlen! Der Verkäufer „William Gabriele“ bietet keine Rücksendeoption, außer man trägt die Kosten für den Versand nach China. Ich habe einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet, der zu meinen Gunsten entschieden wurde. Das kann ich nur allen Käufern auch so empfehlen!

Shorts used to be great. Must have gone to cheaper materials. The shorts rip from the back corner. I have contacted them multiple times. They just ghost me. DO NOT BUY from them. Cheap clothing at a high cost with zero customer service!

Great products, if you receive them

I placed an order more than two months ago, and still have not received my products. To clarify, my order was for three items. I received one item, but not the other two items I was most interested in. The one received item was ordered to raise my total spend to receive a discount.

I occasionally emailed Woof and inquired about the status of the two remaining items. They would always say, those items are on back order and we are waiting to receive them from manufacturing. The problem is - when I placed the order, I did not anticipate that I would not have the merchandise in hand 60 days later.
At that point, I requested a refund and they did not address my request for a refund. So I went to my credit card issuer for a refund.

Deal with them at your own risk. They advertise that certain sizes and products are available, but the most desired products, sizes and colors are not in stock. So you risk experiencing long delays and never receiving the product, all while Woof holds your money.

Ich würde Woof Gear gerne keinen Stern geben. Das unkaputtbare Hundespielzeug für 30€ ging nach kürzester Zeit kaputt. Sie werben mit einer Geld zurück Garantie allerdings scheinbar nur, wenn man vorher das Produkt (versichert!) zurück nach China schickt.

Trotz eindeutiger Bilder oder ähnlichem kein entgegenkommen. Einfach nur schlecht und sehr enttäuschend.

Absoluter Schrott. Rücksendepolicy ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Man soll die Ware in die VR China senden. Ein Impressum ist auch auf der Webseite nicht vorhanden. Finger weg!!

Echter Betrug!! Das Spielzeug war auf der Stelle kaputt! Auf eine Beschwerdemail wurde nie geantwortet. Ich werde nun einen Fall bei PayPal eröffnen

Great products. Seriously! But customer support is truly awful. I thought because it was a gay brand I might expect some more loyalty to customers. I’ve bought a bunch over the years. Returned two pairs of the Free ‘Merida’s commando training shorts (two different sizes didn’t fit or were too revealing for my gym) and they never provided a refund. Then they changed their refund policy to a credit policy, and I never received a credit either. So basically they stole $130, and I’m also out return shipping costs. FedEx verified delivery of my return to their San Diego facility (before they moved) in August 2022. I reached out every couple of months through email and the website contact form with no response. I didn’t dispute the CC transactions because I didn’t want to screw over a gay-owned company for the other products I kept from the orders, but it turns out I’m the one that was unwilling bent over the barrel, and now it’s too late to dispute the transactions as well.

Don’t buy from this business if you expect any form of customer support or return assistance if you get the wrong size or bad product.

Es wird mit einem unkaputtbaren Hundespielzeug geworben, was unsere Französische Bulldogge innerhalb von 5 Minuten kaputt bekommen hat. Die 5€ Hundespielzeuge vom Euroshop halten länger. Es ist kein entgegenkommen zur Erstattung des Kaufpreises möglich, trotz Paypal. Zurück senden auf eigene Kosten, dann wird der Kaufpreis eventuell erstattet. Unversichert 12€ bzw Versichert 46€ nach China. Kann den Shop einfach nicht empfehlen. Betrüger am Werk. Vorsicht ist geboten und sollte am besten vom Netz genommen werden.

I used to love these shorts, but this review is about the customer service. I don't think I'd buy from them anymore. I ordered 3 shorts this past order all size small. One of them was in Small packaging but was a medium. There is NO way on their site to contact them for customer service. I've e-mailed support with NO reply or response. I've tried to connect through IG. No reply. And there is NO way of contacting them directly through the website. Sorry, this might have been a great start up company. But they just dropped the ball.
