Civil Regime レビュー 

I have ZERO idea why Civil has such bad reviews on here. I’ve had issues with an order before (was resolved), they can take a bit to respond but their drops are insanely popular so they must get a crazy influx of emails. As far as quality goes, it’s very good quality and thick cotton. The prices can be high, but there’s always sales and codes you can use; also given the uniqueness/coolness of their designs I don’t mind the price. I’ve had about 6-8 orders with them and will continue to purchase more. Overall never had any major/unresolved issues and LOVE the clothes I’ve purchased from them. However I do wish the models were more inclusive and they had more references for their sizing. All the girls are jacked and pretty thin which is unrealistic.

Most of the vinyling off their $150 hoodies will come off in the first wash. Quality for the hoodies isn’t worth more than $50, quality for the shirts isn’t worth more than $30-$40. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Strange brand. I was planning on buying from them and tried finding their account on instagram but saw they blocked me. No idea why, have never interacted with them. But ive seen from other people they do that often.

Awful!! My package was stolen and I tried contacting customer service and ontrac, but they both have been making me go in circles for a month! Nothing has been resolved.

Decent tees. Not for the price.
Hit or miss with the material on each tee shirt. Worth $20 or less

No quality control, no two items are the same size or color despite being the exact same item/size.
Customer service is none existent. The refund policy is strictly set up to where they dont have to refund you/can blame you for any issue. I have 3 other shirts from them, and none of them are the same size despite being labeled the same size.

I ordered 2 XXL large hoodies, one was clearly a L labeled as a XXL. They immediately denied my return request but I had pictures to prove that clear defect. After sending the proof, it took me and my bank reaching out to them to respond to. 18 Days. Tried to offer store credit, which I think is because they dont have a way of refunding actually payment methods. I asked for a refund to my original payment method and returned the item. Its been 3 weeks of no responses and no refund. And they have the item.

It's been 50 days of trying to get this resolved but they clearly dont care.

Bad quality items- I bought 4 items in the Black Friday sale- within 1 wear of the item the graphics had cracking in it. I contacted customer service (I must admit after the 30 days of return) it was my fault for not doing this sooner- I explained the issue with quality I had and provided a breakdown of how I had been caring for the item. I was hoping that maybe since this is an issue of quality or faulty goods they may offer me some sort of compensation but instead took a month to reply and just told me how to wash the item (in the exact way I had already described washing them). I’m not expecting a lot but other than going to massive gymwear brands, I am really disappointed in the service and quality of these smaller brands and some more help on things like this would set them apart.

They never sent my item or gave me any shipping updates, I paid a shipping fee to receive the item in 8-10 days, I contacted them asking to be refunded some person named Paulo said it’s a delays they’ll get back to me about shipping, I told them at this point I need a refund, I have no product, I paid extra for shipping they never gave me any updates, when a refund was requested three days ago they stop responding and now their site is LOCKED, this place is a scam beware.

Update 16 days later still no response, never shipped my item, no refund do not give these people your money or card information, they’re thieves.

Idk what all these bad reviews are about I’ve received every order I’ve placed and I’ve ordered 5 items total from them a hoodie and 4 shirts all arrived on good timing too

Ich bestellte 2 T-Shirts, die erst ca nach 4 Wochen ankamen. Zu dem happigen Preis bezahlte ich noch eine “Versicherung” damit das Paket auch ankommt, hinzukamen fast 20€ Versandgebühren, was ich schon sehr frech fand. Obendrein natürlich nochmal 30€ Zollkosten. Die Drucke sind schön, das war’s dann aber auch, denn die Qualität ist leider nicht so wie auf Instagram beworben. Nach einem mal waschen hatte ich ein Loch drin. Ich kontaktiere also den Kundenservice und füllte ein Formular auf der Website aus. Nach über 2 Wochen würde ich vertröstet und bis vor vier Wochen kam keinerlei Antwort. Sehr frech! Ich gehe auch nicht davon aus dass sie da noch was tun werden.. Spart euch das Geld! Das ist die Qualität wirklich nicht wert!

I ordered on the previous Sale end of November i think.
Got the order confirmation and the shipping mail few days later. But thats it, shipping status got stuck, they never gave my order to dhl.

I wrote them via mail and instagram, i got no answer, while still getting spammed with promotional junk mails from them.

I dont understand how they get influencers to promote their stuff, doing public meetups while not being able to ship our damn order. I'm not the only one

i ordered a hoodie 15 days ago, and just got an email saying my order was refunded without any explanation. i go back to the site to find out the item i ordered TWO WEEKS AGO is now sold out. don’t try to buy from them, it’s a waste of time

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company in November, 2023. They sent me the wrong sweatshirt. I emailed Civil regime to either let me return the sweater, replace it with a new one, or let me return the sweatshirt for a full refund, yet I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this issue other then an automated generic response, stating that some one would get back to me. That has never happened as it is now mid December.

I placed an order on 11th September and I still haven’t received it. I have tried contacting them on 6 occasions but as yet the issue has not been resolved .
