I booked my daughter in for an annual Flu Vaccination(Private) on July the 17th at a high cost of almost £40, using their online system
However, after arriving at the chemist, she was told no vaccine was even available yet. What a waste of time and expense, after taking 2 Uber journeys across the city.
Get your act together!

Absolutely shocking service.
This is a paid for service..even nhs with how terrible that is..is better than this..now that is saying something.
Mcas clinic online - appointment is meant to be half an hour..which is nothing. Yet it was under that time. Forms you fill out that take so long..is a waste as they will not even bother reading it. Says they are knowledgeable and serve functional side too..thank God i went in with my own plan because they knew nothing and had nothing to say or add. I was told via email before booking with them, that they can compound the medication..hence why i booked with them. Since the appointment i have been chasing trying to get the medication via numerous emails and calls..2 weeks on and i still have not recieved anything.
I called the clinic (goes to ldn) and i had the rudest most unhelpful person i have ever spoken to..it was truly shocking. They also said on the call they do not compound..so what the heck? Told one thing then told another and have wasted time, energy, money for no reason. They do not give you time..compassion..or help. And instead rude and lazy. Last thing anyone who is ill with such a severe illness like mcas should deal with. I wish I can leave a Google review. This is the first review I have ever left. Honestly.. please dont bother.

Now to add to the insanely bad experience, I was quoted £45 for the medicine, their website states £30 - I thought ok maybe as it is compounded. Now got told after my first bottle it will be OVER DOUBLE the amount they first charged?! How on earth is this all acceptable? I'd never have paid for the meds or booked with them if I knew this! No way I can afford it, and no point trying to work on my body accepting it if I can no longer carry the medication on..so now all I have to show is almost £300 out of pocket, with a lot of unnecessary stress and awful experience.

I booked an appointment for ear wax removal. The online booking was easy, the treatment was straightforward, the explanation and advice clear.

I had my consultation by phone. Lovely pharmacist. Explained everything very well. Received my package. However, no needles or hazards box for needles. I called customer service who advised they were awaiting payment. I explained i was given a price which I thought included everything as no mention of having to pay for hazards box or needles. Anyway quickly resolved and the came on the next post. Not had second consultation. Would like to be able to go to my local pharmacy get properly weighed and blood pressure taken. Hopefully no issues going forward

I have received my LDN bottle, which is great, thank you. However, I'm waiting for my turmeric tablets, which were ordered at the same time.

I really enjoyed my Hyperbaric session . I initially felt a little apprehensive but the lady in charge soon put me at ease. I will book another session as I am hopeful it will aid my mobility problems and Osteoporosis

First time we used the hyperbaric oxygen and felt really good after , the member of staff was lovely and explained the process

Intelligent, compassionate and practical advice! Wish they were on my doorstep for all our needs but they deliver excellent remote services, often far beyond a standard chemist. Highly recommend.

I have struggled with my weight for a few years now and tried everything to stop my sweet cravings but didn’t have any success unt now. I found the telephone consultation very helpful and I think this is the solution for me .

I only received half my order. Which meant I could start straight away. After apology they posted remaining next day.

The worst customer service - ignored my emails about change of address, meaning my prescription was sent to the wrong address; ignored my requests for login reset, meaning I couldn't update my payment details; ignored my emails about change of name, making them in breach of GDPR. They clearly have no respect for their customers and I will be using another pharmacy in the future.
