My mobile wouldn't let private calls through and there was some time before I could get through to explain this. However, my prescriber kept calling and then finally managed to do it. thank you for persevering with me.

On initially interrogating your website, the items required were shown as out of stock. I telephoned the office whereupon your employee investigated, advised me that she could resolve the problem and that if I returned to the website in about an hour, the products would be available. All was as she said and I was able to make my purchase. Thank you for your help.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy to assist from CABG x3 surgery to help my wound healing and boost my energy levels. Experience was great and further sessions booked in. Slept great the night of the treatment for the first time in months.

Still early days but the initial contact and first prescription went smoothly and have no complaints so far. Had an extra couple of questions which were answered satisfactorily, one by phone and one by email. Pleased with the process up til now.

Staff were brillant chatty & friendly regarding the serices offered.

I can honestly never praise Jen & the staff enough, as someone with severe anxiety I get distressed with even the slightest change in medication. Jen is always so patient and understanding with me, she had made a huge difference in my life and that’s no exaggeration.

I booked a LDN consultation for today, at 10:54, no one phoned me so I called their LDN about 15 mins after the appointment was due to take place, and was told they are 10 or 15 mins behind, i rang again again an hour after the appointment was due, all that they could say is they would email a perscriber. It's currently 12:10 I haven't had a phone call, I don't know whats happening, I have other telephone appointments in the next half an hour and again later in the afternoon. I am also autistic so it's really messed with my schedule, if things are going to be late why can't someone gey in contact and explain that and exactly how late.

*edit* I was contacted not long after this review at around 12:15, the call itself was great so I have amended my review slightly

Friendly staff and really professional service.

Staff has always been exceptionally understanding. Easy access to medication, which has started to change my life, as I reside in England and cannot get certain medications here. Fast delivery and great, easy reordering of prescriptions.

Would highly recommend. Competitive pricing Very reliable with delivery to London. And most helpful with queries. They will pick up the phone and call you if they have questions so no wasting time back and forth with emails. Have used for several years and always go back!

When i received my product there was no one in 2 chemists next to each other to show me how to use it. Very disappointed

All staff members here are lovely, very knowledgeable and patient. I feel lucky to have found this so close to where I live. I primarily go for hbot, but have also spoken to the pharmacists and have nothing but shining praise for all of them. I’m keen to explore their other unlicensed therapies as the team seem to really know their stuff and to genuinely care about getting the best treatments for the patient. They’ve brought me hope for a healthier, easier future and I’m looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
