Good As Gold Shop レビュー

Online purchase

Quick and easy and arrived promptly with a lovely wee message and smiley good as gold branding.

Topnotch customer service! I had to return my order for exchange (I ordered the wrong size) and the response from their online sales/customer service team was immediate, positive and really helpful. Dante from Online Sales made sure the item i needed was reserved for me even before I sent my return. Great service, GAG. Thank you! And did I mention they do deliver fast?

Super fast, always the best service. Its hard to beat GAG!

Despite purchasing during a sale things were still shipped super quick and are exactly as shown online. The advice to size up on a tight fitting shoe clearly written on the product page was helpful (and correct). Overall great purchase, staff obviously put a lot of care into this shop.

Easy to navigate website, shipped from store in 2 days and arrived in good condition. Thank you!

The packaging was exquisite. The follow-up and responses were prompt and helpful. I truly felt your enthusiasm.

I purchased some shoes online (that were on sale). They posted them super quick. But they’ve arrived and they’re too big. They don’t offer refunds or exchanges which I agreed to when I purchased but doesn’t stop it sucking! Love everything about the shoe size 😭

Fast delivery. Products was exactly as described on line. The wrapping and hand drawn and written card was also a nice gesture . Great customer service all round.

Products were exactly as ordered, well packed, no damage and even had a cute little note in the box. Shipping was tracked and arrived quickly. Highly recommend.
