I'm very unhappy with the 'Pantry' book. '12 ingredients' to me means that recipes use no more than 12 ingredients, and this is patently not true.

Further, the photographs seem to be mostly the photographer showing off his technique. I know what peppers and onions look like. I don't know how each recipe is supposed to look. Why don't the photographs illustrate the recipes *always*.

Thirdly, the introductory 'blurbs' are inconsistent and contradictory. For example, in one place Padron peppers are mild with the (mythical) occasional one being hot. In another place they 'fiery kick'. (etc.)

Finally, the shipping cost was excessive. If the book was as hyped, it would be acceptable. But it wasn't.

I’ve been dealing with the above for several years and have been delighted with the products and the excellent service. However, my current purchase encountered a few issues which, I’m told were created by a third party and not the company. It would appear that a new system is being developed relating to ordering and delivering online and it is this that is creating a few teething problems. I am assured that my purchase will bypass this and will be resolved very shortly. I have every confidence in this because I, like on previous occasions, trust the people who are involved. Don’t let this put you off from dealing with the Pizarro shop because they are genuine and helpful people.

I didn't get to sample the products I ordered. No communication & when I eventually tracked it down the parcel had been damaged & returned to Jose Pizarro. I cancelled the order due to the inefficiency of the couriers Jose Pizarro uses.

Customer service unresponsive - 5 emails and one voicemail left all unanswered

We haven’t received our tarta and sherry due for delivery on Good Friday and now are away till Monday 13/04. Have sent an email to Valentina giving an alternative address for Tues 7 if that’s possible?

Another fabulous hamper delivered but unfortunately my delivery details and day weren’t seen which caused a few problems for my son who had to change his working schedule to be home for the delivery. Very happy with the hamper though!

Easy to use online shop. Fast delivery. By all reports great food and wine. I'm in Canada and ordered this as a gift for someone in the your area. A great source for inspiring gifts.

It was meant to be delivered last Thursday still have not received. I called delivery company on Friday. They couldn’t deliver as the box was damaged. I have left various messages, as the number given nobody answers and goes to a message service. Have emailed again no response.

I like JP’s enterprises very much, and this experience at the JP shop was ok.

I ordered two different bottles of spirits and unfortunately one of them was not in stock. They asked if I wanted to proceed with the one or did I want a refund. I decided to go with the one and that included delivery for free because of the inconvenience to me of only getting one bottle. The package came quickly and I was delighted with the whole process. This is a company that takes pride in what it does and as a consequence, the results are a first class service.

...and this was at a very reasonable price.
