Disgraceful, useless, waste of time, no idea, are just some of the more polite terms I will call this shower of AI brainwashed zombies.
I have had regular standing orders not being sent, impossible to contact via email or phone or reply to customer enquiries.
They have destroyed a much respected well established company Morton's Media who were a pleasure to deal with for over twenty years with their Classic Motorcycle, Auto, Railway and more publications.
Where do we go now ? An apology would be a start.

I ordered a magazine at the request of a Greek friend. I placed the order on the 11th May, it was posted on the same day and it arrived this morning. The magazine is in pristine condition.

Did everything that it said on the tin!! My friend is now desperate to get his hands on it!

Superb communication and fat reply to requests overall very good

My father receives The Railway magazine which he loves as a passionate railway man. The team are very helpful indeed, always friendly, professional and approachable and ensure that dad receives his magazine promptly to enjoy. Great service. Thankyou. Highly recommend.

Excellent after care service

I had a problem re-hewing my subscription to Model Boats. I was contacted by a wonderfully attentive lady named Katie. Although she wasn’t able to solve my problem, I was completely satisfied with her efforts. She was polite, caring and most knowledgeable. Because of her, I will subscribe again in the future.

Charlotte made the experience great! Charlotte's patience, knowledge, follow up to the customer makes her valued to the customer and valuable to Kelsey Media.
