Ordered the Lewis Miami cap, arrived damaged. Returned it. Was forced to pay £4 return delivery. I was then told I would only be refunded the price of the cap, not original shipping or return shipping. Then they refunded original shipping after complaining. Now refusing to give my £4 return fee back. Theyâre saying itâs not damaged. Itâs ridiculous how obviously torn the top layer of the cap was. Iâve bought 14 caps from them over the years. So glad Lewis is leaving - clearly theyâre aware theyâre about to lose a bunch of sales and now grasping at customerâs £4 during a cost of living crisis. Ombudsmen been contacted. This isnât over.
Update: Theyâve replied saying theyâve emailed me but Iâve received no such email. Not in junk or anything. If I do receive it Iâll update here but seems like theyâre trying to save face in front of other readers of my review. i hope Iâm wrong because thats pretty sinister
