This review relates to an order for the Army of Darkness board game and miniatures set.

I initially ordered these items off Zatu games who showed several copies in stock, took my money immediately, and set a delivery date of within a few days.

The delivery window came with no delivery in sight and no communications.

I contacted them and they bored me with some nonsense about supply issues. Not interested....told them to cancel the order, refund, and left them a 1 star review which was 1 star more than they deserved.

This game does not seem to be widely available and Miniaturessingles was the only UK-based shop I could find that had it in stock.

They don't seem to have a mass of reviews so I was reluctant, but Army of Darkness is my favourite movie and I really wanted the game so I took a punt.

I ordered at 2000 hours on a Thursday. By midday on Friday the items were dispatched with tracking, and they arrived on Saturday morning well packaged, secure, and intact. They delivered my order within less time than it took Zatu to process my refund.

Boom. That's customer service. They've got what they say they've got and they dispatch quickly and securely.

I'm not an avid gamer, but the next time something comes up that I want I will definitely come back!

Really good. Had some special edition Warhammer dice that no one else had in stock. Good price. Shipped immediately via tracked Royal Mail.

This store gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I reached out to see if they had a product in stock that they would be willing to post out. The item in question was not on their website, so I contacted them via their Facebook page.

Not only did they have what I needed in stock, but they were indeed willing to post out. I bought some other things from them as well as thanks, although this was not requested or required by them.

When my package arrived, it was very well protected. It also arrived super quick. Then to my surprise, I found that they had included a promo card in there. This honestly made me so happy, and was a timely reminder that there’s good people out there.

Overall just incredibly happy with my purchase and will happily buy off them again. :)

Played in the Pre Release event for Star Wars unlimited was a real friendly place

Was a little apprehensive about doing a preorder from these guys at first as there was no reviews on here but I was pleasantly surprised. Their customer service is fantastic and I got my item day of release. Highly recommended 😁.
