This is the third pair of shoes I’ve bought from Moaconcept. They are incredibly comfortable, stylish and have unique designs. Shipping was very fast and they arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them and I will definitely shop Moaconcept again.

I think the quality of the product is good and I am very happy with the product, but the tracking of the product and the updates where weak.

Listen, you know how to design incredible shoes, nobody doubts that. The service in terms of the speed of shipping was also excellent, so thank you. I also understand that shipping causes complications and may have an effect on the product.

It’s just that for me when pricing comes into the picture, 170-180€ is the line where you start transitioning from normal comfortable shoes into luxury products, where the standard of attention to detail becomes way more important. So eventhough I love my new shoes, I would like to give feedback that might me valuable to you (and to me as I will be ordering more shoes from you soon).

The shoes I bought looked meaningfully more tan/brown on the website, so it was a surprise to me when they came in straight up grey. I still liked the look, so I didn’t feel the need to complain. It was a bit of a dissapointment that they didn’t match with some other clothes I bought at the same time though, so I would consider toning down the colour correction in your photos if you ever have problems with customer complaints. Again, I still love the shoes.

2nd note though regards to the prices. While I love the materials used (they feel expensive but still comfortable), some of the stitching makes it feel like the shoes we’re made in a bit of a rush.

1. The stitching on the right shoe’s left sides sole, is a bit looser then on the rest, nothing you notice if you’re not looking closesly. But something I noticed very quickly when I was excited to see them for the first time

2. The parts that are glued, (the ”flap” side) on the left shoe is a bit opened up and not properly glued together like the other side of the ”flap”)

3. The signature ”lighting bolt’s” upper layer on my shoes looked very uneven when compared to the whiter lower layer, on some parts of it, the white part is not able to be seen.

I think the pricing of your shoes are incredibly fair for the materials used and their unique design, which makes all of these things much more forgiveable, and as I said, I still think they look amazing and have gotten loads of compliments. It’s just a bit sad as someone who loved the design and was super excited to recieve them, these things kind of ruined the ”unboxing” part of the shoes. And with small adjustments could have made for a much more impressive box opening.

I hope you take the criticism in stride, because you really do have an excellent product, I can see them becoming widely known in and used in the future. When I order my next pair, I hope to see that this was just a one time thing, and if it was possible to get a small discount, there is no criticism left from my side at all.

Great quality, great service

When I emailed the company and said I was very dissapointed that my package wouldn´t arrive as planned, since they had used the wrong tracking number, they were very kind and emailed me directly with compensation and they also must have speeded up the process, because my package arrived in time for the weekend and the Birthday that I had bpught the merchandise for.
