American company can’t use the founder of “Putin’s team” in its commercials. It’s a shame

Was told I’d get my order my the 28th of April. Paid for the shipping promising that. They’re telling me it’s 5-10 business days from the day they decide to ship it off not from when you order it which has never been the case with anything else. So now my order is going to be a week and a half late. They won’t let me express ship it now. And I’ve check it’s in my neighbourhood already!!!! So I’m trying to see if I can literally go pick it up but they won’t let me. So I have to wait another like two weeks to get my order for no reason. I paid to have it by the 28th. I would’ve paid to have it express shipped if I knew that wasn’t true. Such bs.

I bought a t-shirt, paid by card immediately, but didn´t get any confirmation email. I was 10 days waiting for the t-shirt and then I contact support. Guy on livechat found my order, send me the confirmation mail and tracking link, so I hope my order is going to be delivered soon.

Ordered a jersey in mid-October, still waiting to receive it 4 months later. Their apology to me was in the form of a discount on their website. Like I'm going to reward ridiculously bad service with more business. Avoid this site at all costs, go buy a jersey in person.

I'm all the way in Australia and was absolutely pumped to receive my very first jersey with the Hockey team I've been following for almost 20 years now. When I received it the jersey itself was all ok but for some reason was missing an Adidas symbol on it, I bought a genuine player jersey (not the fan gear) and unfortunately I didn't get it.. I flagged it down immediately and NHLshop.com sent me another right away (which I was pleased with) when this arrived again it was incorrect. So again I went on the online chat forum and chatted to one of their representatives explaining in detail what the issue was (with it not being 100% authentic) given its missing a symbol and as advertised online it clearly shows it when purchasing it and in your cart before you buy it. I was told pretty clearly that th4 back office would check over it to ensure this wouldn't happen again, they also offered me a full refund which I obliged to given I'd been stuffed around twice already. Third time around the jersey arrived and again it's exactly the same as the last 2, INCORRECT AND NOT GENIUNE! I again have contacted NHLship.com via their online chat and because they have refunded me the full amount they are saying there is nothing they can do now, again and again I explained I wouldn't have gone through with a refund if I knew they were going to wipe their hands clean of it... all I am after is an Authentic player jersey as shown online and as described, not one missing an element which would put in some people's minds "it's a fake" thanks for nothing in the end NHLshop and Fanatics as here i am all the way in Australia with a product that's incorrect and not what I initially paid for.... what am I to do with it? Where a fake jersey around... I bloody love my hockey and in Aus it's so difficult to find any products like the one i purchased...well that i thought was what I purchased.. i won't be recommending any of my American mates or Aussie mates to be purchasing from you guys as if they have to deal with what I've been through it's complelty unprofessional and unacceptable, something I would never put them through....

Would give zero stars if I could. These are fake looking jerseys. I bought one from dicks sporting goods and one from nhlshop. The nhlshop one looked like the number and name were printed from a computer. And cut out by a 5 year old. Horrible. The fanatics one at dicks was really nice. Such a scam from nhlshop. Will never use them again. I returned the item. Hope I get my refund.

Horrible service, ordered Dec 9th for a Christmas gift, was told I'd receive before Christmas then again, package was delayed and they would offer me a refund on my shipping, now it's Jan 3rd and package is still not even sent out and have been told 2 times I would receive a refund and my order but never got it or my refund. Such a hassle to deal with this company. Every year I spend 100s of dollars purchasing a jersey and will never order from here again! Stay away.

Horrible - AVOID ordering from here at all costs. I have been trying for 3 weeks simply to get a return label sent to me. Takes over an hour 3 times now with chats that go no where. Email saying return label coming and it never comes. Very worried If I can't even get the return label how am I going to get my $200 refund back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company doesn't deserve 1 star! Placed an order on December 15, 2024 for a Christmas gift. Got several emails with different delivery dates, but the shipper never had possession of the package. NHL's customer service people are rude and unable to provide a refund because the item has shipped. But unable to prove the shipping company has possession of the package. They are using peoples money and not sending out the items.

Gave a 1 star because the customer support chat agent was helpful in finding that my package had been lost since and issued me a refund. The pair of socks I ordered back in Nov have still not arrived the week before Christmas (for context I have packages that were ordered and sent from New Zealand that I ordered last week!). Tracking information said the package was shipped, UPS tracking said they never received the package. They originally wanted $9.99 for a return label (for a package I never received) to refund my original card. Lack of communication, poor updates, and it was pulling teeth trying to get a refund. They have lost a customer

Unglaublich Amateurhafter und Schlechter Kundensupport. Ich musste zweimal nachfragen wo denn meine Bestellung ist. Das erste mal wurde ich vertröstet. "Das Jersey ist auf dem Weg, ich sehe es auf meinem Programm, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen". Warum habt Ihr ein anderes Nachverfolgungstool als wir?
Als dann 2 Wochen wieder nichts Passierte heisst es jetzt auf einmal, dass die Lieferung "verloren" gegangen ist. WTH?
Hätte ich nicht nachgefragt hätte Fanatics also einfach meine 230 Euro einkassiert und ich wäre der Idiot gewesen.
Auch ich wurde mit dem Standart 25% Gutschein abgewimmelt.
Als würde ich jemals wieder etwas bei diesem schäbigen Unternehmen bestellen.
Schämt Euch!

I ordered a jersey on Black Friday. Website said “30% off site-wide” and guaranteed shipping before Christmas. when I called in to see why the 30% discount wasn’t going through, I was told my item wasn’t eligible as they were low on inventory. A week after placing my order I checked the status online and my order said it was scheduled to ship after Christmas. I called and the lady on the phone said she changed the shipping so I would receive this before Christmas. Now on December 14 I received an email stating my order won’t ship until January 31 and because of this they are offering me 25% off my next order but I have to use it soon. Do you really think I’m going to order more when I don’t even have my original order. Will never use this site again!!

I ordered a hoodie from them (12-6-24) to be given as a Christmas gift. The site never provided any updates on when the item would ship. I contacted them 12-15-24 to get an update. Only then did they inform me that the item likely wouldn't ship anytime soon. I can't find this exact item anywhere that will ship in time for Christmas.

Absolutely ridiculous SCAM COMPANY. I placed an order on November 16th, they said they shipped it but it never got to my house. They said it was an ''unsuccesful'' delivery, and shipped the item back to their warehouse, all while NEVER contacting me. I contacted them 3 weeks after to know what was going on with my order, they couldnt give me a clear status. They didn't refund me even tho they got my order back, and the item has been out of stock since then. Do not order from them, customer service is terrible, absolutely looks like a scam company.

All the one star reviews are accurate. What a joke being one of the few places to order NHL gear. You will wait forever and a day for your item. Customer service is painfully slow in responding. Don’t waste time or money and try to source your gear elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Sizes are very insane. I do not know who makes clothes here but clothes are too wide and too short. Who is made for? Second if you want refund, they get so many fees that you get almost half from what you paid for. Do not advise to buy anything from them. Crazy!!!

If there could be a zero star rating, NHL Shop deserves one. Useless customer service, unwilling to help whatsoever. Equally useless return policy and you're likely to lose money shipping an item back if they do decide to accept it. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere! Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
