They sent the wrong jersey. Completely wrong team. They won't send the right item and now the price is up 50% higher. Don't know when I'll get a refund but I went ahead and ordered from someone else.

This is absolutely the worst company to order from during the holidays!! The customer service staff isnât trained to handle problems! When you have to do a return or exchange they take money off of the item that you purchased! I purchased 3 long sleeve T-shirts in 1 order. They shipped in 2 different deliveries. I had to go down a size. I had money taken off of each item in order to return! On top of that the items come literally coveted in lint rolled in a ball and shoved into a mailer envelope! Shirts arenât exactly cheap! When spending over $100 on tshirts take a little pride in your product to send to the customer as most people are purchasing gifts at this time of year!!!! I ordered a Fanatics Premium jersey for my son and the "A" for alternate captain started coming off after one hour of normal wear around the house. This is the day we received it in the mail! I will never order from the NHL Shop again! Nor will I ever purchase anything from Fanatics!
Company not honoring a gift certificate BEWARE
I ordered a gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas, she went to the NHL store in NY and attempted to use the certificate, was told that they were only good online, the certificate was misplaced for some time , we reached out and got the information so we would be able to use the certificate that is never supposed to expire, I went online to get a few items for Christmas and per the website my certificate had Zero balance, I have been going back and forth with customer service and was told today that the certificate was used 2 years ago. I asked for the order information since we did not use the certificate they will not provide it only said that it was used and there was nothing further they can do for me .
I am out $150.00 and will NEVER give any business to NHL shop: Fanatics.

I have had several issues with thisâŠ
I have had several issues with this company over the years. My first issue was I paid for two day shipping and they didnât even process the order for five days. in the end it took a week and a half to get. Second issue, their tee-shirts are made of the thinnest material, who printing washes out in a few months. When I called and complained, they told me is was over the 30 return window. My latest issue is I ordered a jersey for my daughter for her birthday. I ordered it a month ahead of time. They took my $95 immediately. A week later I get an email that itâs delayed. Three weeks later Iâm wonder whatâs going on with it and long on to see. It says itâs been cancelled. I talked to their online chat and find out that the âcourierâ cancelled it. I asked why the courier is they didnât know. They say if I reorder it now, Iâll be able to get it this time. But the. Wonât give me my money for seven days! Why would I order is again if I didnât get it the first time? So I ordered it on Amazon and got it two days later.

Do not place an order with a next day delivery, it's a scam. If you select next day delivery thinking you will get the item within 1 or 2 days, you will be extremely dissapointed. They won't process the order for several days, by which time it will be too late for you.
BEWARE
Ordered a jersey with a specific player's name on it (not custom) Sept 26th for my son's birthday. Website indicated item was in stock and it would ship within 2 business days, which would have meant I'd receive the order in time. 10 days later, I wondered why I hadn't received a shipping email. I couldn't remember exactly where I purchased it. Couldn't find the order confirmation anywhere. Had to go to my credit card statement to find the purchase, then go to the website ... thankful for cookies this time because my order popped up. Found the tracking #, followed the links to the shipping company...turns out it wasn't even shipped out until October 6th. Got in touch with them by chat. They tried to tell me that I didn't get the confirmation because my email address didn't exist. Then admitted that something was wrong on their end and "escalated" my complaint about not receiving an order confirmation. Then they "generously" offered me a refund of my shipping fee as they blamed me for their mishandling of my order. When I persisted, they stopped responding. It has now been 10 days since I contacted them and I have heard nothing back. I received the order (too late for birthday), and the $325 Fanatics jersey looks like a toddler heat pressed it. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Thankful for my credit card company - as they stopped responding to me, I was able to dispute the order.

Called to complain since I paid over $80 for this backpack only to get the reply that theyâre sorry, itâs out of the 30 day return window! I donât want a return because I donât want the item! Horrible company. Ordered a birthday present Jersey. 3-5 day shipping. On day 4 they still had not processed the order. Ordered on Sept 16th and now expected by Oct 1st. Needed it by the 22nd. 3-5 days it should have been processed and shipped immediately, and it would have arrived on time. Nothing they could do about it. Why take 4 days to process order????
NHL SHOP - WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I called over 3 times with different agents telling me different things regarding my order. It was already on its way, only that it was returned to sender because of an incorrect shipping address. IT WAS CORRECT, but someone messed up and they never bothered to contact me about the mix up, so it was never delivered. I was on the phone and they told me it was sold out, they cannot do replacements, that they would refund me and they still hadnât. Called again today and now theyâre claiming they DO REPLACEMENTS and that it IS IN STOCK, when they first told me it wasnât. But now I donât even have a way to track my package because the tracking number is a duplicate. If I donât get that package, I donât know what Iâm going to do. They canât do anything right and I donât trust that they would even get my money back. Biggest waste of time and frustration. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Better to get a crappy Amazon one anyway -.- useless and crappy customer service. GET RID OF YOUR DUMB AUTOMATED SERVICES TOO. We want to speak to a real agent and that auto bot NEVER HELPS. Ordered my first jersey and hat from the website. Paid the extra shipping fee for it to arrive on time for an Oilers Stanley Cup final game Iâm going to.They sent out my order but not expedited shipping! Sadly wonât get my jersey until after the game. Very disappointed. Will never shop there again.

2 days shipping....from when then decide to pack it up
Bought a jersey and was preturbe from the start. Their website says, sign up for emails and get 10% off....well, code didnt work. I paid $27 for 2 days shipping to get my jersey in time for th eplyaoffs and some viewing parite I had lined up and it didnt arrive, 2 days, 3 days and the 4th day I emailed and they told me it would be there on day 5....but they insisted it was still 2 days shippong since they didnt bother to package it up for 3 days. LOL, 2 days shipping form whenver the decide to send it. Well, day 5, 6 and 7 cme and still no jersey. Nopw theyre resending and wont refund me the extra I paid for 2 days shipping. Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Ordered a jersey back in November for my hockey obsessed 8 year old for Christmas. It said the expected delivery at checkout and when shipped was Dec 7-14th so I ordered it thinking there was plenty of time. Here I am on December 27th without the jersey and my son is going to a game in 2 days. And what is there solution? A 20% coupon, or sending out a replacement⊠umm why? I donât want to ever go back and waiting on a replacement seems pointless considering the original never made it.
