Ordered a NHL Adidas jersey from them for my sonâs birthday . Picked the player name and number from their drop down menu. It showed up late and they spelled the playerâs name wrong on the jersey! Should have ordered from the teamâs pro shop. Will not shop there ever again!

Doreen was extremely kind and helpful. I called customer service because my order was being shipped all over through no fault of NHL.com, but because FedEx messed up. FedEx would only allow the shipper to place a claim. Doreen not only did that, but continued to track the package until it showed delivered, and then sent me an email asking if I received it. Excellent customer service such as Doreen's is extremely hard to find these days, I really appreciated her effort!
Poorest customer service I have everâŠ
Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed order on 5/8 and was told I would have it by June 2. Called and spoke with manager who promised I would get it by June 16. Today is July 2, and just received email stating they canceled the order. They not only ruined my father's day gift, but want me to pay again to replace the order, before I am refunded. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.
Shocking service
I ordered a personalised jersey which they managed to print incorrectly, even though the bag they packed it in had it spelt correctly. Emails to customer service get ignored, after a lot of chasing the only way I could get a response was via messenger, would never use again as they have no customer service at all!

Just wanna say I had excellent assistance by everyone from Customer Service that helped me clear up a confusion with what I thought was a missing Fanatics Authentic hologram sticker that turned out to be a Fanatics Authentic verification card that wasn't suppose to be included with my VGK/Avs Lake Tahoe Outdoors Game Crystal Puck with game used ice.

I purchased the Avalanche Victory Arch hoodie for my husband for Christmas 2019 (~a year ago). The screen print design quickly started to peel and fade, despite following washing instructions and now, a year in, is almost gone.
