Product amazing, customer service not so
Product amazing, does as it describes, however, I found customer service lacked compassion and a personal touch. No named respondent, just thank you,
TENA UK TENA / Bodyform Assistance Team. Considering these are intimate and personal products, I would expect a higher level of compassion. No wonder men shy away from seeking help.

Delivery is Excellent, but on your cotton washable Tena ladies,sorry I much prefer the classic pants. I don't see them online therefore won't be buying these again .

I don’t have an issue with the product…
I don’t have an issue with the product but with the promotion they advertised. Absolute fake promises of cash backs. Was rejected as soon as it’s been submitted. Please don’t advertise fake promotions

Love these so much brought more.
Having suffered for a while with slight incontinence and was using pads daily. I wanted to find some more effective pants. They came beautiful packed. They fit well no issues with odours dampness or thickness around myself. Which had been embarrassing when wearing summer things.
They wash very well . I air dry as instructed. They've given me my confidence back about my leaky bladder so thank you tena so much.
